Our experience went well. We saw samples of different floors, brought some home and matched them to our kitchen and then went back and purchased the flooring. The floor was special order so it took a little under a month to get the flooring to our home before installation. Overall it was a good experience and I would buy flooring material from them again.

They were really good. The owner came to give the quote and said that he can do the work in two days. He was very knowledgeable. It is most likely that I will use them for the work. We were not sure of what kind of flooring we wanted. He was quite good in explaining the advantages and disadvantages and the cost of them. He was impressive. The price he quoted me was okay.

Very nice experience. Worked with Adam, who gave us a quick rundown of all the different kinds of flooring and the best options for our price range. Then he left us alone to walk around and choose what color and style we wanted. When we decided he actually showed us another brand of the same quality for less money. We felt no pressure and he was right there to answer any questions we had. He wrote up our estimate then when I had a decided on a delivery date I just called him and placed the order. The delivery guy called us the day before to give us a 2 hour window and he was right on time. Very stress free and nice to work with, would highly recommend this company.

We were referred to Gold Coast by our contractor, and we worked with several salespersons to narrow down our selection of flooring. They were incredibly helpful, and we were able to have delivery of the wood within days. Even their customer service--contacting us to update delivery time--and delivery process was great.

It went very well. Saw flooring in the store. No pressure and sales person very helpful. Made decision two days later and placed order over the phone. Very easy. Faxed sales form for me to sign and return. Delivery on time. No fuss.
