We had broken stairs needed a fix. Kevin came on time and gave us several options with detailed pros and cons. On the day of the work, he came on time and finished a job within few hours. We really appreciate that he took a time to explain what the best option to us before hand. Now, our stairs are nice and sturdy!

I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin today. I had some damage to a non-load bearing column caused by recent high winds. The column was now loose and in danger of falling on someone or hitting the car or house. Kevin came within 15 minutes to assess the problem. The damage was not reasonably repairable and Kevin and I discussed replacement in the Spring. For now, however, he stabilized it so it wouldn’t fall. His business ethic is great. Do it right the first time. Kevin didn’t charge for this visit. I will be definitely contacting him in the Spring to replace my columns and do other projects that are planned. He’s very experienced and knowledgeable and is friendly and great to work with. I highly recommend using Kevin and Creatively Done Homes for all your projects. 😊

Quality service and super nice guys

I have used Kevin several times. Usually it’s when I have an emergency. Kevin always answers his phone, comes to my home quickly and carries out work diligently. If Kevin can’t fix the problem, he knows someone who can. Anyone he has recommended has been fantastic too. Kevin is always my first call.

Basement was flooded. Needed new floor for basement so went with vinyl floor. Found this vendor on Angieslist. Agreed to price of $1750. Asked for discount. Said no but I didn't argue - felt and thought I was going with a top of the line vendor who will do the job to perfection. Job was done. Happy at first but then found one of the tiles was elevated and sticking up and actually was partially chipped. Let Kevin know. Said it could be an imperfection in the floor or maybe a loose item/debris went unnoticed and is under. No way to know for sure or to fix the problem without taking up the entire floor which will likely damage the other vinyl tiles. Said if he does this, I would need to sign a waiver that I would assume the full cost if there is no debris and it's just the shape of the floor. I didn't agree to this as I am in no position to assume what could be a lot of extra cost. As compensation, Kevin went 50% on the area rug I needed to buy to hide the work he did. Disappointed as I paid for a perfect job and I trust the vendor to identify/resolve anything wrong as they did the job and this obviously was overlooked. Instead of fixing it, put me in a position where I could be on the hook. Now I have to hide the blemish instead of just letting what should have been a beautiful floor speak for itself.

Kevin did a great job on a project I had a very difficult time getting a reasonable estimate on. I felt like he needed minimal direction as to what I was looking for, where other contractors didn't seem to get it. His prices were fair, and he did both interior and exterior for me ,so he is versatile. Final product was professional and clean. Will be using him again for upcoming projects.

Kevin and his crew did a great job from start to finish. It started with replacing a sill plate/rim joist due to termite damage and they did such a great job that we continued with them on weatherizing our home. From new windows and doors to new insulated siding. We had a great experience and definitely will work with him in other future projects.

The finished product was far better than we expected. The workmanship was spot on and the railing, with spindles looks just great! We would hire Creatively Done Home Improvements again for any other home project we have - thank you Kevin and your team!

Excellent. Called right away, responded to al questions right away, scheduled right away. They came on time, did the job well, cleaned up good, and price was fair.

Kevin and his crew arrived on time. They took great care to cover my wood floors, even in areas where they weren't working. Although this was a relatively small project, they took the time to make sure the job was done right and they were meticulous with leaving the doors in paint ready condition with no damage to the surrounding wall surfaces. After the work was complete, they cleaned up and you would never know work was done.

They came on time and job was done in like 3 to 4 hours.

Needed the ventilation hoses in my attic to be re-routed externally. Kevin called immediately, stopped by my house for an estimate within 15 minutes, gave me a fair price and came back the next day to take care of the work. It took less than an hour from the time he pulled up to my door. Thank you!!!

There is only one person to go when you are looking for any home improvement. Kevin not only gets back to right away, he is there to explain the work and takes the time to get it correctly on the first try. I have dealt with many contractors and he is simply the best at what he does. Obviously a big choice when comparing prices, work etc., but he has performed many improvements in my house and does phenomenal work!!

Kevin and crew did an excellent job re-doing our bathroom. He kept to his word from start to finish. Team was very punctual daily. Kevin made sure every detail was done correctly and precise. Quality of the work was outstanding and would not hesitate to use again.
