The work done was what I wanted.
Description of Work: Needed to upgrade my lighting in 2 areas to LED standards. Brian assured me that the work to be done would be of the quality I would want. I also had some switches and timers replaced/upgraded. The work done was superb.

Description of Work: We've had them in a couple times for a variety of small jobs. Some stuff seems a little pricey, but I honestly haven't shopped around electricians to have comparisons, so maybe my expectations are what's skewed. The guys who come are always nice and professional and they've done a nice job on things like changing outlets, installing lights, removing hard wired outside lights, and mapping out circuit box, and they've been great to talk to for advice on potential future projects. Had one issue with an appointment being dropped, but when we called about it the owner took full responsibility, apologized, and gave us s discount on the subsequent work, so I really can't complain.

Description of Work: The inspection was good. We had a lot of problem that we couldn't figure out what was causing it so that's why we had the home inspection so they came and they gave us an estimate and then we hired them back. It was electrical work.

Description of Work: BQ Ekectruc added a sub panel that I was quoted far more to install by others. Brian explained everything in a very professional manner and was concerned that understand why every step was required and that all my questions were answered. His technician was a little late, but there was an apology and the job was completed on time with no surprises. I will definitely be using them again when I need an electrician.
