The gentlemen were extremely professional and courteous.

Brian came to write up the estimate. His office called beforehand to inform me of his ETA which I appreciated. Brian, Bill, Tommy and crew were prompt, courteous and professional. They did the work within 2 days, but probably could have done it in 1 day if they didn't have to wait for the concrete to set around the pool lights. They also had to lift existing pavers to bond the pool ladder and light niches. They worked late into the day to place the pavers back into place. I am happy with the work and would definitely hire BQ Electric again for future electric needs.

Brian was very knowledgeable and provided a reasonable estimate. His team, Tommy and Christian all very nice and efficient. They did a lot of work in one day and stayed longer to explain everything to us. Very professional. Brian promised the job will be done on that day even though it was such a short notice. He delivered as he promised. They are trust worthy and i know my job was done right and the safety of my family is the most important.

Tom and Chris arrived right on time and immediately went to work. Spent approx. 8+ hours installing new circuit box for 200 amp service. Offered to install whole house surge protector which I accepted because it was easier to do all the work at one time and $100.00 off too. Also installed a new dedicated line for my new a/c. It was a long day for all three of us but both men were hard workers and quite nice to deal with. Very competent and did a great job. I've already told them to expect more work in the near future and when I call BQ, I do hope these same guys are the one's sent. Work performed was absolutely first rate. All in all a great experience.

I was very impressed with this company. The entire crew was professional, courteous, respectful, and excellent workers! My home was initially inspected by Billy, the foreman. He has many years of experience and knows what he is doing. He provided the information to the owner Brian. Brian subsequently wrote the report and set up a meeting with me to discuss the services needed and the cost involved.They are not the cheapest, but I believe the work was performed well and worth it. Tommie and Christian performed a lot of the outside work, as well as inside. I found these young men to be refreshing in their attitude toward their work,and were also pleasant to be around. They called when they were a few minutes away, and arrived at 8 AM sharp, as scheduled. The work performed took 3 days total. The second day they worked until 7 PM, and took very few breaks. Billy and Adam came in on the second day and helped to finish the work. Again, the crew was very professional in going about their business. The other 2 days, they finished around 5 PM. They were also very neat when they worked. They put down drop cloths and vacuumed up any debris at the end each day. Prior to the last day of completion, I noticed one of the outlets for upgrade had not been done and was left off the invoice. I called Brian and he said the work would be done. I had not noticed the work was not on the invoice at the time I reviewed the work statement with Brian, so I do not blame him or his crew. On the last day, they performed the outlet upgrade without charging me any extra money. Overall, I was very happy with the work, and would definitely use them again.

Provider arrived on time and was polite and quite professional.Made recommendations which he will act upon next week. Price was reasonable and quite confident of a good outcome. Review to follow after upgrade and improvements are completed.

BQ Electric responded quickly to our concern about a hard wired smoke alarm. they discovered and solved the problem quickly and professionally.

BQ conducted a whole house electrical inspection for us in late Feb. I didn't receive their reports in time and gave them a negative review. The owner sincerely apologized for his mistake and gave us a thorough report on things we need to fix. I appreciate his honesty and change the negative review to positive review. I hope the owner will learn a lesson from this incidence and take good care of each customer in the future.

Very prompt service,very professional,did the necessary repair work and pointed out some electrical flaws that could become major issues later. I'm having them fix all those problems.

He arrived when he said he would and visited with my Step Mom (who lives there). When she showed him the box- come to find out we DO have circuit breakers! He didn't charge me anything - and was as polite as he could be. I would use him in the future without any reservations based on how he handled my inquiry and the subsequent visit to our home.

BQ Electric does an incredible job!!!! I was totally impressed by how fast and professional these guys are. I watched as the BQ crew dug 50 ft long trenches in inclement weather to neatly conceal all the wiring that powers my pool house, landscape lighting, pool lights, pool pump etc, all of which they managed to hook up to a single high-tech touch panel so I easily control EVERYTHING from my house 50 feet away. It was a very difficult job that required extremely intricate electrical work. THESE GUYS REALLY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING! I've since rehired BQ to do all the electrical work for a major exterior remodel and second floor addition project starting this June 2015. JOB WELL DONE BQ! Looking forward to working with you guys again on the next one!

I loved the fact that right from the beginning I was able to talk to the owner Brian and we scheduled an appointment right away. I did get several bids and even though BQ wasn't the cheapest I felt like the professionalism and customer service would make it up for that. Now the house is all done, and I have to say I am very happy to have used BQ.

BQ Electric arrived promptly and even gave us a call about 15 min beforehand to alert us they were on the way. When they got here, they were very courteous and detailed what exactly they were going to do. There was a slight discrepancy about the pricing, $495 vs what we discussed of $445, but they immediately put me at ease and said that they would call it in, but not to worry about it. The work that they did was fast and they kept me in the loop at all times. They asked me to come up to the attic and showed me everything they did. The fan they installed was 10x quieter than what I originally had. They explained the warranty to me in regards to workmanship. BG Electric has delivered more than I could ever expected. So much so, that I have asked them to come back and do an electrical inspection of my house and also to address other electrical work in my basement. I also want to add an additional thanks to Billy, Christian and Jaime who came and fixed my attic fan. Again, everyone was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks again. Jon

Bill and his crew were professional and courteous. They were very knowledgeable and proficient at their job. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Brian showed up immeadiately & assured me he would take care of the problem I was having before leaving. He called in another worker on a Sunday & within 3 hours my problem was completely solved. Very attentive & neat in the process as well. Brian also was kind enough to extend a repeat customer discount.

Brian came to give me an estimate on upgrading my panel box. He called when he was on his way (I feel that was great to give me a heads up) and showed up at the agreed time. He had to come over late in the day so my husband coule be there. He was incredibly knowledgeable and seemed to know a lot abot the codes. We went with Brian because he made us feel very comfortable and was not pushy at all. When Brians crew showed the also called ahead ,They were pleasant and very neat and clean. The job went very good from start to finish. Brian and his team kept there word from start to finish and as we know that's hard to find today. I would recommend BQ to anyone in need of electrical work.

I used BQ electric based on Angie's list recommendation about a year ago and thought they did a great job for some outdoor lighting and receptacles. I wanted to have about $600-$800 worth of indoor electrical work done so I immediately called BQ on Thursday, April 9th, 2015. I spoke to the receptionist who was very polite and informed me that Brian, the owner would return my call. Four days later, Monday April 13th I still hadn't heard from him so I called back and again spoke to the receptionist who put me through to him. I spoke to him and explained what I wanted done and he was to call my wife to arrange for a time to come over to the house. He did so the same day and arranged for a meeting on Wednesday, April 15th at 5:00pm. He didn't show up on time but based on our previous dealings my wife gave him the benefit of the doubt that he was backed up so at 6:45 pm my wife called to inquire what happened and his response was not an apology but rather he chastised her saying, "Oh, so late you're calling?" (Really?!!!). He said he thought it was for Thursday. He then said he would be at the house on Thursday at "4:30 sharp". Well, he never showed up and my wife called and left a message to find out what happened and if he needed to reschedule again. It's now Saturday April 18th and no word from BQ. I obviously would never use BQ again nor recommend to anyone. I was shocked when I went on Angie's list and saw that he had maintained an A rating!

Brian's crew did a great job. They put down drop cloths and cleaned everything up afterwards. Everything Brian told me would be done was done. They were all (including Brian) very professional, nice, friendly and courteous. I have already recommended them to a co-worker. I would use them again for any additional work I need done.

Bill and his crew (Jaimie, Christian and Alan) were fantastic from start to finish.. He called prior to arrival and arrived ahead of schedule and we went over everything that was to be done. They went to work, and were extra careful not to damage anything in the areas they were working in. Anything they moved was replaced exactly as they found it. They put drop clothes down prior to working in an area, and when working inside the house, changed into "house shoes" so as not to track any dirt or debris inside the house. I asked the impossible, in that they be as careful as possible when drilling and installing not to stir up to much dust since my father in law has lung problems. They really went above and beyond to accommodate this request, and we were more than satisfied with their carefulness in this regard. When all was said and done, it was like they were never there. They cleaned up so well that even my wife was pleased (she is meticulous when it comes to cleanliness). Everything went smooth and I am more than satisfied with the work performed and the piece of mind that comes with it. Prior to the work being done, I had bought the special for the home house inspection back in November (this also went well and the crew at that time were also very careful and courteous). Due to other financial obligations, I had to put off the work until now. Brian came to my house and went over the inspection and we discussed what I wanted done and what needed to be done and came to terms on a very fair price for the work that was done. He spoke in terms that I could understand and made sure he explained anything I didn't understand. It was a big investment and a lot of work on his part, but after witnessing a friend's house burn down due to an electrical issue, it made me decide to make my home as safe as I possibly could and to use a highly rated company. I have nothing negative to say about BG and I am sure that if you need electrical work done in your home you would agree that it should be done by a competent company and I can attest you will not be disappointed using BG. I have some small lighting projects planned for the future, and plan on using BG when the time comes.

BQ Foreman Bill and his team of three electricians (Jaime, Adam & Christopher) worked non-stop 15 hours straight to complete the described work, overcoming numerous unexpected obstacles in my newly acquired 50 year old house, identified and resolved several code issues along the way with efficiency, professional aplomb and an outstanding attitude. They arrived ahead of schedule and cleaned up every work space in spite of the long difficult day. I am a career professional electrical engineer and recommend the BQ team without reservation. Brian Quinn, the owner was very competitive in his pricing, flexible and unequivocally delivered all that was promised.
