+ -1 moreWe pay $500 a year for their policy. We call them and they send out people that are apart of their program. We lucked out and got a really good plumber through their services. It cuts the costs drastically. We can literally do all our work online but we can still talk to an actually person if we need. They send the requested service provider as quick as possible. They are extremely responsive. We've stuck with their services even through changing homes. I think their services are definitely worth the price.
Description of Work: We have a home warranty program through American Home Services that covers all our major appliances. We pay a $55 co pay anytime a service professional comes to our home and they cover the rest of the cost.

house cleaning
+ -1 moreThe gentleman I spoke to was very short and acted like I was disturbing him by calling. He quoted a price of $275 without even asking about the house, and I don't think he understood I wanted the house hand-washed. I would not recommend them at all.
Description of Work: I called them to see about hand-washing the exterior of my house.
