They sent an unprofessional employee that lied to his own company in front of me on how many rooms he was doing. He did not finish the job and had to come back to finish. He spent time upstairs by himself while my son was here. He wore his pj's not even a company uniform. He made me very nervous. I believe he stole jewelry, but since I do not look at that jewelry every day it took me a month to realize it was gone. He was the only one that did work in my home in the time that I last saw the jewelry and it was gone. I called the company for them to give me the employee that did the work since I filed a police report and they would not work with me to give me their name. Also, the employee came back and smashed two car windows in my driveway. The company had no concern for this. The carpets looked much cleaner when wet but when they dried it did not look that much better than before he came. The product although it appeared to take the stains out when wet it did not. When the carpets dried it looked the same.

My circuit break broke so he was doing all the cleaning in the dark. He told me that I could not go down to look at it for half hour because he told us if we walked on it, it would burn our feet. He did a bad job. It was terrible. When he was cleaning the linoleum floors, which is a three step process, he only did one step. They were suppose to come back to fix it on 9/22/10. They told me someone would be there to fix it between PM-PM. I called to confirm today. I took off work and even moved all of my furniture. They called me at 4:PM and said they could not make it. I decided to call from another phone to see if I made an appointment if they would come. They told me that they would be there within the hour. I called back again and his words were "It is not happening." I just want my money back.

I called Tuesday to set up on appointment. I was told that they would be in my area on Thursday between 2:00-4:00PM. They called me around 8:00AM on Thursday and told me they had some cancellations and asked if they could come early. I informed them that I would not be available earlier in the day. They called me again at 11:00AM and told me that the person was finished with his other jobs and could either come then or they would have to reschedule for another day. Again I told them that I could not be available before 1:00PM or so. They told me that they were no longer available at that time. The person on the phone was quite rude to me when I told her that I expected they stick to their scheduled time. I was very unhappy with the customer service I received and will not use this company in the future.

THE COMPANY DID A FANTASTIC JOB ON THE SOFA AND CARPETS. I HAD SPOTS ON THE CARPET AND THEY WERE COMPLETELY REMOVED AND LEFT SPOTLESS. THE WORKER WAS COURTEOUS AND DID A GREAT JOB.

IT WAS A PLEASURE HAVING THIS COMPANY COME IN MY HOME. THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING THAT I WANTED THEM TO CLEAN. THE PRICE THAT I PAID FOR THE SERVICE SEEMED VERY REASONABLE.

THE JOB WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY AND THERE WAS NO SPOTS OR SOILED AREAS LEFT ON THE CARPET. THE RUGS LOOK NEW AND FREE OF ANY SPOTS. THE JOB WAS DONE BY A HIGHLY SKILLED WORKER.

THIS CARPET CLEANING COMPANY SPECIALIZES IN TOUGH STAINS AND DARK SPOTS. THEY MAKE SURE THAT YOU ARE SATISFIED WITH THE JOB THEY HAVE DONE BEFORE THEY MAKE YOU PAY.

I WAS UNHAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME RIGHT AWAY THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET THIS STAIN OUT OF THE CARPET. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT MOVE FURNITURE.

I DIDN'T THINK THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB AT CLEANING MY CARPET, BUT THEY WERE ON TIME, AND GAVE A DISCOUNT ON THE PRICE WHEN THEY WERE DONE BECAUSE I WASN'T HAPPY.

THIS CARPET CLEANING COMPANY DOES A GREAT JOB. THEY REMOVED A LOT OF TOUGH STAINS AND THE ODOR WAS GONE IMMEDIATELY. PLUS THIS COMPANY HAS THE BEST RATES IN TOWN.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY MANY OF TIMES. THEY ALWAYS DO A GREAT JOB CLEANING MY CARPETS.

THIS COMPANY DOES AN OUTRAGEOUS JOB WELL DONE. THERE WAS A STAIN THAT WE HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REMOVE AND THEY WERE ABLE TO REMOVE IT FOR US. PLUS THEY HAVE REASONABLE PRICES.

I LOVE CARPET CLEANERS UNLIMITED. WHEN THEY CLEAN YOUR CARPET IT LEAVES THIS SMELL THAT MAKES YOU KEEP WONDERING. PLUS THEY REMOVE PRETTY MUCH ALL THE STAINS.

THIS IS THE BEST CARPET CLEANING COMPANY AROUND. THEY HAVE GREAT WORKERS THAT TRY TO GET ALL THE TOUGH STAINS OUT OF THE CARPET. THIS COMPANY ALSO HAS CHEAP PRICES.

THIS COMPANY DID A LOUSY JOB CLEANING MY CARPETS. IT APPEARED AS THOUGH THEY REMOVED THE STAINS, BUT AFTER A FEW DAYS THE STAINS REAPPEARED. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY.

THIS COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB ON MY CARPETS. THEY WERE ON TIME AND TOOK THEIR TIME CLEANING THE CARPETS. EVEN THE HEAVY TRAFFIC AREAS LOOKED GREAT WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

THE SERVICE WAS OK. IT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER, BUT IT COULD HAVE BEEN WORSE. I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY OVER ALL WITH THE COMPANY OR SERVICE THAT WAS PROVIDED.
