A C & E HOME INSPECTION CORP

At the recommendation of our agent, my boyfriend and requested a home inspection by Ed Neyland, the owner of AC&E Home Inspection. Ed was punctual, professional, courteous, patient and informative. With painstaking detail and thoroughness, he left no stone unturned in reviewing every crevice of our potential new home. He answered every question with knowledge and an obvious background of structure and engineering. He also offered helpful suggestions and guidance on future renovations needed. The home inspection report was received within 24 hours, as promised. It was just as thorough as we expected. His attention to detail has saved us untold future angst. He also offered an evaluation for the Home Energy Program. Overall, we were very pleased with the services and are anxiously awaiting the mold inspection.

The inspector was there on time and was having trouble finding parking. He called me right away to let me know so that we weren't just sitting there waiting for him. He was extremely thorough and was careful to answer all of our questions (we're first time home buyers, so we had a lot). the experience was great, the price was in line with what i was expecting and we were able to get an appointment so quickly, that it helped our home buying process along greatly.
