Larz Cabinet

Brian had a computer rendering emailed to us within 24 hours. It took about 12 days to build and deliver. It was my intention to install it myself. I opted to have Brian install it instead and the results were fantastic. The final product was furniture quality and has become a show piece of our entryway. We could not be more satisfied with the look, the craftsmanship, and the price.

I ordered the cabinets on 11/8/17 it is now 2/7/18. 17- weeks and all I have are defective cabinets. Brian took back almost all of the cabinets or their parts to repair or replace the warped doors, bad dovetails, split wood at the hinges, doors and drawers not lining up or not working properly, frosted glass in the doors are caulked very sloppy and are chipped. One cabinet was made wrong, Brian took it and tried to modify it when it needed to be made over. Brian used sheetrock screws on an angle to catch the wood missing two times so I have extra holes as well! It should be noted that Brian agreed to all defects "these should have never left my shop like this, I am very sorry" and said he would refund all of our money after the need to return the cabinets for a third time. Brian has not to date refunded anything and blames it on PayPal, PayPal tells me he has not contacted them by phone but has emailed saying that we will get the refund when we ship the cabinets back to him, Brian continues to tell me he will pick them up. Brian has been told by myself and PayPal that all he needs to do is release the funds back to me. Bottom line, his work was not as advertised, he does not stand behind his work and so far he is not a man of his word. Why are there no reviews on his Facebook? My project is months behind, be very careful if you use him.
