They were very conscientious. Our hot tub went down in this frigid weather. They sent people out in a weather not fit for anyone to save our hot tub basically from freezing. They did it and ordered the parts. They did some temporary things to it to keep it safe while all the parts came in. It is an older hot tub and it needed a couple of rather expensive parts which was in no control of theirs. They did an awesome job installing them. Their customer service couldn’t be beat.
Description of Work: Geraty Pools & Spas repaired my hot tub.

It was an excellent experience! They were on time and professional. They open and close my pool every year. I continue to use them to test my water and to purchase all my supplies. No regrets! Best ever! I highly recommend them!!
