+ -1 moreBadly. He is unresponsive to contact from people in the neighborhood asking for the property to be cleaned up.
Description of Work: This agent claims to market for foreclosed properties, but lets them fall into disrepair and probably plans to scoop them up cheap for himself. Disservice to his clients, and degrades the neighborhood of the property as the house fall into disrepair while he lets the price fall. Vermin move in.
