We've used Upstate Comfort Systems for our furnace, AC and emergency heating/thermostat issues over the last few years - always great service. We had an aging water heater and decided it was time to look into replacing it, so it was a no brainer to contact Dale. He came to the house, we talked through options based on our wants and needs, and he explained the pros and cons for each. Yesterday, he replaced our conventional tank with a new heat pump hybrid one and couldn't be happier. Dale and Michael were great, as always - professional, courteous, cleaned up when they were done and gave an overview of the new system after. When asked by an engineering friend as we talked through our options prior to choosing the heat pump hybrid, he asked if I trusted my guy (Dale) and I answered, absolutely! With that, I'd highly recommend Upstate Comfort Systems to anyone needing HVAC+ services.

They came and gave me two estimates, two choices. I thought it was a little high but it was fair for what they did. They came back the next day (today) and it is done. Always punctual and courteous. Above and beyond after hours same night service! I shudder (literally) to think what a night in our home would have been like without heat from a furnace that suddenly stopped working on what was among the coldest off the year so far. Thank you!!

We came home from vacation in the evening to a flooded basement. Filled out a request on Angi that night. Within a half an hour received a response. Plumber arrived at 10:30 that night and replaced our sump pump and other issues. I highly recommend this business.

Dale responded to my inquiry for thermostat replacement immediately and was very punctual about coming the next day, as requested. He was very professional, neat and courteous. Explained things in detail and made sure we knew how the new thermostat operated. Very personable.

Response was very quick for a call about no heat. Unfortunately an expensive furnace component had failed and the repair/replacement was very expensive. We ended up purchasing a new furnace, which we are very pleased with. Excellent customer service and follow-up.
