Dale Saved our asses in a big way. He was able to reschedule a customer who did not have an emergency situation like ours, and came right over. He was very courteous, professional, figured out the problem, and fixed it right away. WOW. If he hadn't been able to do all that we would have likely lost a lot - water heater, furnace, etc. He is our plumber from now on.

Pros: Very prompt. Discovered and took care of a water pressure problem we were having. Pleasant personalities. Con: Had to be asked to remove shoes in the house. Charged an inflated rate for the work they did.

My ac went out. Listed on HA on Weds late in the day. they called immediately and arrived the following morning as promised. Work done well gave me a discount. Actually checked a breaker in my panel I had a question on with no charge. I will use him in the future for HVAC.

Dale contacted me immediately to provide a quote and availability to service my furnace, AC, and replace piping to the furnace. Dale and Shawn arrived on time, were extremely efficient, explained the work being done, and were friendly to work with. I would recommend their services!

Upstate Comfort Systems replied to my request within a few minutes and was at my door within a couple hours. I was able to have the problem fixed the same day without any extra emergency service charges. He was very thorough and provided me with a couple of different options. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing service for their HVAC systems.

Dale is a great guy. Very knowledgeable. Explained everything as he was working. Took his time to talk to me so I would understand what was going on. I had my furnance and air conditioner cleaned and checked. Bill was reasonable I thought. Helped me out with a plumbing problem I had. Will definitly call him again for any work I need done.
