Very good customer service, gave me estimates and called before arrival. Gave me 3 options for water heating solution.

Came very quickly it was late Friday afternoon I had no hot water he had me up and running in 25 mins Dale is awsome would call him for anything

The service techs just left our house. Time will tell if the problem is fixed, but they were thorough and explained the problem well. Impressively, I talked to their boss an hour ago, the guys were not too far away finishing up another job and they came right over. They gave me good maintenance advice too. So far I m very satisfied. If there are any problems I ll update this review.

I just moved to a new home/area, it was 6:30pm, I had no hot water, and I knew how imperative it was too have warm water for showers for my family the next morning so I called Upstate Comfort Systems and spoke with Dale. He immediately tried to help me over the phone. When that wasn't feasible he offered to come over to address my issue. He quickly fixed the problem with the water heater and explained everything to me as well as advice on what to watch out for in the future. He also provided me some guidance on my heating to unit ensure what to look for when replacing filters. Dale was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and gave indications of having a great deal of integrity. He earnestly takes interest and concern for customers. Dale will be the first to call in the future if/when I have any issues he can address. I would HIGHLY recommend Upstate Comfort Systems to everyone for any similar needs. Ten thumbs up.

Dale came the same day I called and fixed the heat on the third floor quickly and professionally. I am thrilled to be able to use that space again!

I couldn't figure out how to raise the temperature on my water heater and he helped me with that, just as a courtesy, also warning me not to make it to hot and risk scalding.

Excellent service! I was very impressed! Was understanding with scheduling and very prompt. Professional and efficient, highly honest, walked me through every component and every step of diagnosing my AC unit. Ultimately, his recommendation was a thorough cleaning of the outdoor condenser unit which had cottonweed in all the vents. He quoted me a very fair price but also suggested this was something I could take care of on my own. His diagnosis was spot on and my AC has not worked this well for years! Thank you!
