I had a call just as I was leaving computer from Dale. He was in the area and came within 15 minutes. It was trouble shooted and fixed with an hour. an't do more than that!

I highly recommend Update Comfort Systems, and have to say working with Dale was an absolute pleasure! Our 25+ year old furnace died on us at the beginning of February, putting us on a search for a contractor we'd be comfortable with. From the very start, Dale was a genuinely friendly guy and demonstrably knowledgeable. He listened, exhibited patience, and did a phenomenal job at describing with detail a broad range of options for us, considering our preferences relative to our budget. It's a bit nerve-wracking for a pretty new homeowner to be put on the spot, having to make a choice that we'll likely live with for decades, but Dale was an excellent guide for that process. Truly, it was an engaging two-way conversation from start to finish, and not once did I feel like I was speaking to a sales person. You can really tell that Dale cares about doing well by his customers, and is passionate and knowledgeable about his work. When the install was finished, Dale took the time to go over the work they completed, pointed out where everything of importance was and discussed preventative maintenance recommendations and requirements. The installation turned out great. They really went above and beyond making sure everything was done well, and we're now warm, happy and thrilled to have found a company that we can trust to recommend to friends and family. Dale showed up on short notice on New Years Eve after I called him to report that our boiler was not heating the house. The babysitter was set to arrive shortly and our night depended on having a warm house for the kids. Upon arriving, Dale diagnosed that the very expensive aquastat; on the boiler was not functioning. Knowing that this was going to be a very expensive repair for us, Dale looked into the problem a little further, disassembled the aquastat and found a broken solder joint. He was then able to re-solder the connection on site and save us hundreds of dollars. The boiler works flawlessly. Dale saved our New Years Eve plans and saved our wallet. He is the only person I would call when there is a problem with our heat, air conditioner or water heater. Thanks, Dale!
