Dale called me about 40 seconds after I submitted my project on HomeAdvisor on a Saturday morning. I didn't even mark it as an emergency! He was able to stop by about an hour later and successfully fixed our A/C with a new $135 capacitor. He even repaired some insulation and zip-tied the low voltage line to tidy things up at no extra charge. There were no surprise charges, only what he quoted. I might have found a capacitor cheaper somewhere else but it's worth the extra cost to have a professional do it right.

Dale communicated perfectly, was prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and was very thorough. He's an honest man, knows his stuff and reasonably priced. Got the job done quickly too. I highly recommend him!!

Dale was upfront about any additional costs there might be. There were some but not even as much as he thought there might be. He had to do additional work with a gas pipe which will make future maintenance much easier - and charged very little for it. He was kind and courteous through the whole process making double and triple sure that everything was to my liking. I will definitely hire him again for more work!

He responded quickly and followed through with 2 trips for parts in order to make sure the water heater worked correctly.

I had Dale Sharp come out - he came the same day, assessed my problem, fixed it, stayed to check and make sure it was now working correctly, made some suggestions on how to keep it in good working order and gave me a very reasonable bill for the time he spent. I liked him a lot and would highly recommend him to anyone who needed plumbing service/sump pump service!

After using your web site, I immediately received a call from Dale Sparks. He explained the different solutions and pricing with me. He was able to come out the next day and replace my water heater. He and his co-worker provided outstanding service. He arrived as scheduled and did the job quickly. I would strongly recomend Upstate Comfort Systems and Dale. I will contact them for any future service needs.

Dale is professional, helpful and just a nice guy in general. He did exactly what he said he would do in the time frame he said he would do it in.... I will call on him again when in need of his services.

I needed to have my water heater replaced so I looked on Home Advisor. First another company replied but I was extremely unhappy with what they had said to me (Loyalty Heating and Air). Thankfully, Dale called just seconds later. He was curteous, friendly and was able to come out on Saturday morning! He and his brother-in-law (can't remember his name...I'm terrible!! :p) were great at explaining everything and showing us what was up when we were done. Loved them! Now I have longer, hot showers too!! Will definitely recommend them to everyone!!

Dale replied promptly to my request for quote. His pricing was great, and he and Walt were able to install the new water heater on time and at price quoted. Very professional and I would recommend to my friends and neighbors.

I was merely doing research to find someone to help with our busted water heater. Within minutes of filling out the information, I got a call from Dale. He was friendly and ready to help, and gave us a fair quote. We ended up having the repair done by a friend who does this work who offered to help us out, so we didn't have Dale do the work. However, if we need work done in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again.

Dale went out of his way to get a hot water heater for me and install it on a moment's notice. A different contractor led me on for several hours and by the time I called Dale, it was late in the day. Very professional, knowledgeable and takes great bride in doing a quality job.

Altough I was not there to meet in person since I lived out of town, the service seemed good and very prompt. Friendy, cooperative etc.

My problem was simple and I could have fixed it easily myself. Dale of Upstate was on time, found the problem within 5 min. and after running after the part, finished the job in about 5 min. He was very nice, said he didn't care if I watched which I thought was cool though I didn't take him up on it. The part was very expensive; I expected a mark-up and I went on line to see how much I could have gotten it for so I guess my conclusion was that it wasn't exorbitant. I can't emphasize enough how impressed I was with how fast he got in touch of me and how quickly the repair was done. I would hire Dale again for sure.

I was amazed at this companies professionalism,Dale was very honest and went the extra mile to even unclog the chimney of a birds nest that was interfering with the furnace and hot water heater from properly ventilating out the chimney.He didnt try to sell me anything extra than what I needed.I will definitely use him in the future and recommend him to anyone who wants a honest professional.Dan B
