I had a hot water tank go bad and contacted Dale from Upstate Comfort in the morning to see if he could help me out. He was over at my house first thing in the afternoon and got the install done that same day. I have 2 tanks and both were over 22 years old, so he recommended that we replace the other one as well before I have the same problem. He came back out the next day and took care of that one as well. His rates were extremely fair and were even cheaper than a couple of other people I talked to. He did such a great job I have recommended him to my friends and family and he is at the top of my phone list when I have any other plumbing needs! Thank you Dale!

Dale showed me everything that he found and worked with me. I gave him what occurred previously and we went through the air conditioner together. He was very comfortable with me asking questions. I do know a little about Air Conditioning but not enough to fix this. He tested and retested to make sure it was ok and perfectly safe. In fact I am calling him back in the fall.

Had a great experience. Just bought my home in a new town and had no idea who to call for help with my furnace. We had no heat and being pregnant with 2 other children, this was a necessity asap. He was great and came that day for me and fixed the problem. Granted it turned out to be something easily fixed but he originally was only coming to diagnose as my call was last minute, which i was extremely grateful to be squeezed in. He was kind enough to fix the issue on the spot and even took the time to explain and show me how and why the problem most likely accured and what he did to fix it.

Dale M. Sparks is very knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy. In a matter of 2 and a half hours he solved the problem of our defective sump pump and got it off and running efficiently with a new motor.

Upstate called right away and installed a new water heater in less than 5 hours, also repaired a gas leak I had red tagged by RGE, perfect workmanship and professionalism.
