Communication with Dale was extremely easy, immediate and comfortable. He answered all of my questions prior to and during the job. Would recommend him again.

Dale is a great guy. Very knowledgeable. Explained everything as he was working. Took his time to talk to me so I would understand what was going on. I had my furnance and air conditioner cleaned and checked. Bill was reasonable I thought. Helped me out with a plumbing problem I had. Will definitly call him again for any work I need done. Thank you Dale for coming early when you had extra time.

Dale was so professional and so patient in his explanation of what I needed to buy for filters. He even gave me a recommendation for a person to come and look at my washing machine! If there were more than 5 stars I could give would!

He was on time, called me the night before to set everything up and was very honest.

When I called I got a quick response. He scheduled a meeting for the next day. He called 15 minuets before he arrived and was prompt. He was professional clear and helpful. He was not pushy and did not try to pressure me to buy a new A/C unit but clear on the cost and my alternatives.

I went to Home Advisor and choose this company because of the good reviews. I clicked on request quote around 4:45pm on a Friday and this was not listed as an emergency and he called withing 5 minutes. He told me he was finishing up and could come right over after he finished with a job he was working on. Called 30 minutes later and said he was on his way. Came and got the unit working very quickly. When it started running there was a loud noise coming from the relay, he had one on the truck and replaced it. The cost was very reasonable and he finished the job very quickly. He explained what he did even though I watched and knew anyway. Very nice person and very professional. I can't say enough on how pleasant this whole experience was and I would hire him again without hesitation. I will be recommending him to anyone who needs work done. I am still in shock that he came on a Friday at the end of the day. If you want someone who is honest, professional and reliable, hire this contractor.

Arrived earlier than he stated, called ahead of time like he stated. Very professional went over everything with me, explained why my AC unit wasn't working. Took the time to explain what was needed to fix it.

Dale contacted me immediately when I requested via project on HomeAdvisor.com -- I'm a new homeowner and tried to contact the previous heating/cooling group that worked on the furnace and AC unit with no luck. Dale contacted me the same day and made an appointment with me. He was unable to make that original appointment but called and explained he would give me 10% off when we rescheduled which I appreciated. Dale took his time in explaining what he was doing so I could learn about my heating and cooling systems. I felt at complete ease with his work and having him in my home. As a woman it is unfortunately sometimes par for the course to be spoken down to or treated as though you're unaware of the basics in how some more mechanical items work - I didn't get this impression from Dale at all - he was inclusive, answered all of my questions and I trust his work. I will continue to work with him for other items my home needs (electrical, water heater.. etc). I will also recommend his work to any friends/family that own homes. I would absolutely recommend Dale and Upstate Comfort Systems to everyone - he was honest, quick, fair, and even gave me some tips on how to continue with preventative maintenance to get more life out of my furnace and AC unit.

Quick and honest. That's all I can ask for. He did the right things the right way with no bs.

Dale scheduled my new water heater installation within the same week I called him. He was very knowledgeable about his trade and explained what he was doing the entire time of the installation. His assistant, Josh, was also very helpful. Dale also installed two water shut-off valves for my bathroom water supply. All the work was done efficiently and he cleaned up well before leaving. I will use his service again in the future.
