I woke up to a broken water heater and had a new one running in 5 hours. I was very happy with the service and performance. I would recommend both the contractor and the HomeAdvisor site.

About 10 minutes after I requested my project on HomeAdvisor, Dale called me! He was very professional and he didn't try to sell me something I did not need. Several days after the initial visit, he returned and fixed my furnace. I would highly recommend Dale as he is honest, reliable and did a great job!

Dale called me about 40 seconds after I submitted my project on HomeAdvisor on a Saturday morning. I didn't even mark it as an emergency! He was able to stop by about an hour later and successfully fixed our A/C with a new $135 capacitor. He even repaired some insulation and zip-tied the low voltage line to tidy things up at no extra charge. There were no surprise charges, only what he quoted. I might have found a capacitor cheaper somewhere else but it's worth the extra cost to have a professional do it right.

Dale communicated perfectly, was prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and was very thorough. He's an honest man, knows his stuff and reasonably priced. Got the job done quickly too. I highly recommend him!!

Dale was upfront about any additional costs there might be. There were some but not even as much as he thought there might be. He had to do additional work with a gas pipe which will make future maintenance much easier - and charged very little for it. He was kind and courteous through the whole process making double and triple sure that everything was to my liking. I will definitely hire him again for more work!

He responded quickly and followed through with 2 trips for parts in order to make sure the water heater worked correctly.

I had Dale Sharp come out - he came the same day, assessed my problem, fixed it, stayed to check and make sure it was now working correctly, made some suggestions on how to keep it in good working order and gave me a very reasonable bill for the time he spent. I liked him a lot and would highly recommend him to anyone who needed plumbing service/sump pump service!

After using your web site, I immediately received a call from Dale Sparks. He explained the different solutions and pricing with me. He was able to come out the next day and replace my water heater. He and his co-worker provided outstanding service. He arrived as scheduled and did the job quickly. I would strongly recomend Upstate Comfort Systems and Dale. I will contact them for any future service needs.

Dale is professional, helpful and just a nice guy in general. He did exactly what he said he would do in the time frame he said he would do it in.... I will call on him again when in need of his services.

Dale was a fantastic resource. Our hot water tank was having some issues, so I called a handful of contractors for quotes to install a hot water tank (just in case it came to that). I was able to get a hold of Dale immediately and he had quotes back to me within the hour. He was very helpful with my questions on the phone and I appreciated that he took the time to explain everything to me in layman���s terms. We were able to resolve our hot water tank issues without having to replace the tank. If we have future issues with the hot water tank I will not hesitate to call Dale again.

I needed to have my water heater replaced so I looked on Home Advisor. First another company replied but I was extremely unhappy with what they had said to me (Loyalty Heating and Air). Thankfully, Dale called just seconds later. He was curteous, friendly and was able to come out on Saturday morning! He and his brother-in-law (can't remember his name...I'm terrible!! :p) were great at explaining everything and showing us what was up when we were done. Loved them! Now I have longer, hot showers too!! Will definitely recommend them to everyone!!

Dale replied promptly to my request for quote. His pricing was great, and he and Walt were able to install the new water heater on time and at price quoted. Very professional and I would recommend to my friends and neighbors.

I was merely doing research to find someone to help with our busted water heater. Within minutes of filling out the information, I got a call from Dale. He was friendly and ready to help, and gave us a fair quote. We ended up having the repair done by a friend who does this work who offered to help us out, so we didn't have Dale do the work. However, if we need work done in the future, I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again.
