Dale came out and gave an honest assessment of our central air, all of the options to fix it and the costs. He did not try and up-sell the repair and as a result I would recommend him as a fast, honest, competitively priced HVAC specialist. Last night our hot water heater died... this morning I called the HVAC contractor that we have been using for years, they quoted me a price, but I wanted to confirm it was fair. Dale called promptly after I contacted Service Magic. My furnace wasn't working properly and he was quick to help. He found time that day to stop by the house and take a look at what could be causing our problems. Once he found our issues, I feel he was honest with his recommendations and explained things well to my wife and I so we were comfortable with what needed to be done. He was punctuality and attentiveness was well worth our money. I would definitely use his services again if needed.

The service I received was excellent. I found myself with a basement full of water and before I could panic too much, I had a new pump at a very reasonable price and enjoyed the service and information provided. Very responsive and flexible, takes the time to explain all work and why it is important, and doesn't try to sell you anything you don't need. The work itself is high quality and the time is taken to do it right, and finish it all, including making sure not even dirt is left behind.
