 + -1 moreI have used Steve twice in the past and been happy with his work. But I have called him twice this year and left messages as instructed. He has not returned either of my last two calls. Very disappointed to give my business to someone else.

 + -1 moreSmooth and easy just the way I like it.
Description of Work: Took down 3 trees cleaned up large limb from storm damage and trimmed another tree. Ground stumps, cleaned up all the damage in just a couple hours. Couldn't ask for better service. This is the third time he has done work for me always satisfied.

 + -1 moreThe trimming and clean up went great. Our neighbor was having some trees removed at the same time and all was complete in less than a day. My only concern was responsiveness. We did not receive a call back from our initial query for a couple of days and then communication was not as prompt as I would like. Other than that, the trimming went smoothly and I would use this company again.
Description of Work: We had trees that needed trimming away from the house and wires and one tree that needed thinning. We had 3 estimates and Steve was able to do it all for less and within 2-3 weeks rather than 6-10 weeks.

 + -1 moreA big willow tree fell on my house on October 29, 2012. The next day my State Farm agent gave me a list of tree companies, and I called Steve Smith. He said a and quot;couple of days.and quot; About a week later (this was at the time of Hurricane Sandy, and a lot of trees were down in the area), Steve Smith and his crew cut the tree down from my roof, and took it all away, over three days. He and his crew were courteous and efficient, and there were no problems.
Description of Work: A tall willow tree fell on my house, and the contractor cut it into pieces on the roof and hauled it all away. The tree was leaning from the back of the house, and reached far enough that we could see it from the front windows. The tree was about five feet in diameter at the base, and included lots of leafy branches, so there was a lot of it.
