Description of Work: They upgraded my outdoor outlet to make sure it was grounded and protected from precipitation while in use. They were prompt, helpful, smart, safety-conscious, and knew what they were doing. | |Their impact went beyond what they may have realized at the time. Their work in upgrading that outdoor outlet saved the life of my backyard feral cat, Phantom. After they did their work, Rochester had its worst winter in 140 years: 5 months with sub-freezing, and often brutally cold sub-zero temperatures and a TON of snow that never melted. | |The upgraded outlet enabled me to provide Phantom with a heated shelter and water bowl for the winter, and he definitely used it. I saw him going in and out of his heated shelter on the coldest days of that HORRIBLE winter. If Phantom hadn't had that shelter, he would have died! | |Nichols made it possible for him to survive, without any frostbite on the tips of his ears. Now Phantom is neutered and continuing to live in my yard. I feed him every night and love him dearly. Nichols quite literally saved his life. THANK YOU!!!! | |

Description of Work: 1st visit he & his son came shortly after we called-lights out in certain rooms-found a faulty wall receptacle as cause-replaced same to fix. Next visit was to diagnose tripping breaker-couldn't resolve and suprisingly didn't charge for visit. Recommended possibly replacing breakers as a solution if it happened again. Happened again-called and he replaced breakers-problem solved. Steve is very focused and professional.
