Paid for an electric fireplace. After install the unit was extremely loud. I asked for another unit to be installed the day after. They declined. The still have not come back to see what's wrong with my unit. It's been 2 months now & we still can't use our fireplace. Buyer beware.

All pre-installation and installation appointments were on time. Utmost care was demonstrated to protect floors, walls and doorframes during installation. There were 5 guys available to move the 500+ lb stove. They took the time necessary to do the job right and explained the proper operation of the stove. Enjoyed working with Tom (owner) to make arrangements.

As above. Was able to replace needed part within a very reasonable amount of time and cleaned up afterward. Was very pleased.
Description of Work: I needed a new back section for the fireplace which had holes in it. I contacted the above business which gave me a reasonable price and the worker also picked up the part for me at another location saving me the trouble. Very professional as well as giving me some added information about the fireplace. Was overall very pleased.

Description of Work: The prices they display at their showroom are final prices, not unit cost before installation etc. And their prices were the best. The salesman we spoke with in the sales office is the same guy that oversaw the installation. My schedule changed the installation day by one week and they had no problem accomodating us. I highly reccomend In Season to everyone in the Rochester area looking for a fireplace or grill.
