I would HIGHLY recommend calling for an estimate on your tree job. You will be pleasantly surprised. This is how a company ought to be run!

 + -1 moreExcellent? Steve and his crew arrived the morning of 9/7/18. It was a very tall tree so a crane was needed to take the tree down. The concern for safety was obvious. The crew worked together wonderfully! Several tree services we spoke with wanted to drop the tree as a whole. It was explained to us why this wasn't a good idea with this particular tree The removal of large limbs with the crane and a man working in the tree with a saw was a meticulous process. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work that was done. They cleaned up after themselves. This was a great experience and if we ever need this type of service again, Flower City Tree is the only call I will make.

 + -1 moreEverything went very well, from the first contact with the office until the job was finished. Julie got back to me quickly after I made the first call to the office, and within a day or two the tree was checked out and the removal of the tree was scheduled. Because of winter weather, the date was rescheduled and the crew came on a nice day right before a bad storm was in the forecast. The tree was large, maybe 80 feet high and 40 feet wide, in a small back yard with no access for equipment. It had been cabled together in the past because of a crack in the trunk. It was amazing to watch the crew work on this very difficult job. One piece of the tree after another was cut off and lifted over the top of our garage with the crane. The crew worked all day, from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. and when they left the tree was gone and everything was cleaned up. They did a great job, and we're very happy that we don't have to worry about damage from the tree every time there's a wind storm.
