Went great!! Came back for a second treatment which was included in the price and bees are gone for good yeah!!

They were okay, but they eventually were too expensive for me. The first round where they treated inside, outside the house, and around the garage was alright, but when I needed them to come this year to treat an outbuilding that we had trouble with carpenter bees, they wanted too much money for that. They were treating it separately than the ants they were treating in the house. I had renewed the contract, and they came back and treated the ants again. I'm not sure their treatment was that effective. When they first came, they were engaging in some scare tactics, and I don't like that. They were okay. My husband and I were watching their commercial on TV, and it was misleading. They talked about yellow jackets eating wood, and they don't eat wood.

People were very nice but the spray was not effective. Had to come back to respray and I still have spiders, even after second spray.

Called and explained the problem. Was told someone would come 4 hours later and they arrived on time. Justin looked at the problem, explained what was happening and what he would recommend to fix it. He sprayed and used a dust on the affected area which immediately stopped the bees from feeding the nest. He explained bees would continue to buzz about for 3 - 4 days, but would stop and they did. He was knowledgeable about the bees and how to stop them. He was also friendly, professional and a pleasure to interact with.

The young man who came did not seem able to identify the problem. I told him I suspected a bat in the attic (found out later that it was a mouse). He charged me just for the inspection and estimate and quoted me a ridiculous estimate. I did not hire.

It was an excellent experience. Manuel, the technician, introduced himself, throughly explained the process, walked through the house with me and outlined what needed to be done after he left - both on that day and for the next few days. Manuel was professional and customer-service oriented. I was confident leaving the house with my pet for several hours while he was there. Manuel left the house locked and in superb condition. Communication by staff by phone was also very good.

They were just spraying the house to keep the bees away. It didn’t really seem to help this time. It took maybe an hour and a half. We had him back once, but it was sort of late in the season, but we were still getting lots of bees. I used them once before and it seemed like it worked really well. This past year I wasn’t as impressed. He respected my home.

I called and schedule an appointment to have my home treated for bees. The appoinemnt was within a few days which was great. When the technician came out he spent about 30 minutes searching for bees and found nothing, I was charged $45 for him to come out and tell me he couldn't find anything. When walking around the outside of my home later that day I spotted bees. I quickly grabbed my video camera to document the source. I called the office back and they stated because the technician came so early in the morning it was likely he wouldn't find anything, that is poor service to schedule an appointment that they knew would likely be unsuccessful. They said they would get someone out ASAP and send someone within a few hours. They technician that arrived was very friendly but was not helpful as he was unable to climb ladders due to an injury. I then had to wait another 48 hours for someone to come out (who could climb a ladder) to treat my problem. It appears to be resolved now but it was a headache getting to this point. It took 3 appointments to fix a problem that should have taken 1.

Christian, the technician arrived exactly on time. They had provided a 2 hour window of 6-8 PM and he arrived at exactly 6PM. He assessed the two openings where the bees were entering and went to work. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional and explained how and when to handle the crevice opening to prevent any future bees. In addition, he explained the warranty and what to do in the future. I will definitely call Bug Man Pest Elimination and request Christian the technician if I have any further issues.

I had a rotted wood situation (underneath an aluminum wrapped porch post) which needed immediate attention, because it was a support beam for two upstairs bedrooms. Obviously, I was anxious to have this situation remedied as soon as possible. I called the company that had sided my house 12 years before, and they were completely booked. However, because of our past history, they pulled their guy off a job just long enough to take care of my situation. He came Friday morning and pulled both posts, only to discover that there were carpenter ants that had infiltrated that area. Obviously, that situation needed to be taken care of before he could replace the posts and seal that area back up. I happened to have a flyer for Terminix and called them. Although they couldn't come out that day, they assured me that someone would be there the following morning between 9 am and 12 pm. I called their liason twice to tell her the urgency of my situation (that if my post guy couldn't do the work that Saturday morning, he would not be able to come back for a couple more weeks, at best). I asked if there was any way I could get the 9am slot, and the girl told me she would make a note but couldn't guarantee it; either way, it would be no later than noon, however. At 9:30 am the next morning, I got a call from the technician at Terminix stating that he wanted to come out on Monday instead. I was livid. Relying on their guarantee, I had forfeited the opportunity to try to solicit someone else during the past 24 hours. I cancelled my contract with them and immediately turned to Angie's List, where I found glowing reviews for Bug Man. I called and within 1 hour, they had their guy Mark swing over from Webster to attend to my problem. He worked alongside my construction guy to deal with the issue in order to get my posts installed. He sprayed the immediate area above the posts, in between the siding and the house and all around the exposed wood. He dusted it with a toxic powder. He sprayed all around my foundation and any areas where more ants might enter. He applied a gel inside my house in those areas where I had seen ants (not carpenter) before, including all around my water pipes in the kitchen, bathroom, and basement; also around my fireplace foundation, where I had once seen house ants coming in. He was courteous and knowledgeable and reinforced their phone representative's statement that I had a full one-year guarantee against reinfestation. Although Bug Man was approximately $100 more expensive than the Terminix quote (probably in part due to the short notice and on a Saturday), they were worth every cent. They were professional and thorough and THEY WERE THERE! Thank you for getting me out of a tight spot, Bug Man. You saved the day!

They were very knowledgeable,and very friendly. I learned a lot about pest control from them. Our persons name was Leroy and he was"Great". He was awesome and on time. I would call Leroy in a second ,if I needed more help in the future.

It took a while before they disappeared. It was fine. He did come out and do his job. He sprayed where he had to spray. One guy came out to do the service. He was there for half an hour. He was very prompt. He was very professional and very friendly.

We had a yellow jacket problem near the front door to the house, they were building a nest under the siding, so we literally couldn't use the front door! We tried to spray them with Raid but it didn't even phase them - my friend recommended The Bug Man and he came out the same day I called, spent quite a bit of time treating the area, was very professional and bees were gone and have not returned since and it's been about a month - it wasn't cheap @ $150 for a "spot treatment" but worth it! And they guaranteed the job until end of December! We will call them for whole house/yard treatment in the spring which is $225, and that's guaranteed thru end of December as well.

Went into the bathroom at 8pm on Tuesday 8/12 and saw the bees burrowing through the drywall making a nest. Killed some of them. The next morning I call the bug man at 8:30am. They were able to send someone to my home at 11am and it was removed by noon. Great service. The receptionist was courteous and helpful as well. Couldn't believe the responsiveness time. Will definitely use them again.

We had two Yellow Jacket nests on the property. One was up the eves of the house and the other in the ground. Leroy showed up and was even early to boot. He worked quickly and efficiently. After he finished, he took a few moments to educated me. Very friendly and professional. Will definitely call them again should we need an exterminator.

The company was responsive, arrived within 24 hours and punctual. Mark was very professional and gave us options to remove a nest from the attic. He also did an exterior inspection and knocked down a nest we didnt see. Even more impressive, Mark pointed out several things to do to protect our home from other pests like ants and mice. I was impressed.

Leroy showed up along with a trainee. He put out some ant bait around the kitchen area where a couple of ants had been noted. While he was doing this, his trainee was spraying the outside for wasps and other insects. Leroy found some bees inside the fence posts around our pool and sprayed into all of them. He then took me around the house and pointed out areas of concern and identified remediation steps to prevent future issues with bees and ants. Beyond what was necessary, he also pointed out a few house issues in need of repair / attention (as I recently moved in to the house). He was very friendly and conversational. Previously, I had only used Terminix and so was unsure of what to expect with a smaller operation. I have to say that I am very pleased with what was done and am confident that I made the right choice. Uopdate: August 13 2014 I have had some return visits by TheBug Man to handle some additional carpenter ants inside as well as issues with bees around the house (including a hornet nest in the tree outside our front door). Each time they showed up and conducted themselves very professionally and took care of the pests with the appropriate treatment. I have had a very positive experience with everyone (from the person taking the phone calls to the technicians dispatched).
