They were awesome. They come when they say they're going to come. What stood out about them was that they were prompt and reliable. One of the lines didn't get bled properly, so they came back out and re-bled. They're just really nice. These people can do what they say they're going to do. $630 is a lot, but it was done properly. So I guess it was worth it.

We have always had good service from Jim's Plumbing and we call them first whenever we require plumbing repairs or services. We rely on Jim's Plumbing to winterize the house, when we choose to close it for a few months. They have also installed new pumps, maintained our system, repaired our hot water tank, and fixed several faucets. They are responsive, punctual, and courteous. I have found their fees to be reasonable based on the services rendered. I highly recommend Jim's Plumbing.

We bought a home that was 6 years old only to have the lift station to the septic system fail within the first month. We were new to the area and Jim's Plumbing - a local company was highly recommended to us. We called them and have never regretted it. They came on a weekend and fixed out lift station. After living in the house for a few months we decided that we would put in a water conditioning/sanitizing system and again called Jim's Plumbing to do the job. They were great. We cannot find fault with anything that was done for either job.

First call to install new lift pump: Called Jim's Plumbing and they responded the same day to assess our situation. It was determined that the lift pump was not working so they ordered another one and returned 2 days later to install it. An excellent experience! Second call to install sanitizer/softener: We purchased they system ourselves with the intent of having someone else install it for us. When Jim's Plumbing came to fix our lift pump we learned that they also sold the exact same sanitizer/softener system that we had purchased and we were so pleased with them already that we had them do the install. It was flawless. The service tech was polite and professional and did an excellent job tying the system in. On another note, the customer service lady is WONDERFUL to talk to also!
