My furnace decided to stop working one evening during the winter. I had no idea what the issue was about; however I was able to get in contact with High Temp and a technician came within less than an hour on a SUNDAY. Technician troubleshoot the furnace and turned out that the motor/control board went bad; unfortunately it was a Sunday evening and couldnâ t get the exact part for my furnace at the moment (which was understandable). But Andy assured me that he will order required parts and have it ready to be installed the following day; he did exactly what he said and had my furnace back up and running the very next day! He even suggested that I purchase spare parts for my furnace to have on hand for any possible issues in the future.
