Description of Work: I met this provider at a Home Improvement show at the Nassau Coliseum on 10/25/2014. I set up an appointment for an estimate on having my driveway repaired. No one from Drexler showed up for the appointment. No phone calls were made to reschedule the appointment or to say that the sales representative would be late. If the company can't keep an appointment to provide an estimate, I haven't any reason to believe that someone would show up to do the work

 + -1 morethe sales rep never returns calls or texts, my patio was supposed to be on 4 inches of concrete, it was on a dry pack not concrete, there is a large stain on the patio and the grooves that were supposed to be filled with sand are 30 percent not filled, the woman who handles customer service was rude and not helpful and I have made complaints to Nassau county consumer affairs and the better business bureau, my next course of action is civil court, do not use thisi company they do not care about there customers once they get paid
