Description of Work: As required by our local Water Authority, 2 "pits" needed to be dug in my front lawn to connect the sprinkler system directly to the water main. They did this, then installed a full sprinkler system surrounding my home. They were pleasant, professional, and made sure I was happy before they left.

Description of Work: Ron Silverstein arrived promptly and sat down with my husband and me to discuss our needs and wants regarding installing a new underground irrigation design. I walked my property with him and he suggested several changes and upgrades to what we already had. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We decided to use his company's service and signed a contract immediately. He included a free turn off as well as a turn on in the Spring- this would save me a lot of money. I have a large piece of property and he put raised watering heads for my new shrubs and flower beds as well as sprinklers throughout the property. I am completely satisfied with Automatic Irrigation and would definitely recommend the company to anyone interested in putting in a new system.

Description of Work: They installed an entire sprinkler system. After getting several bids we stayed with a local company. The price was the same if not cheaper than other bids however the level of service to date has been outstanding!

 + -1 moreI selected Automatic Irrigation Design from Angie's list after reading several reviews. I called and asked for a quote. They were on time for the appointment. I knew in advance that they charged for a quote and I did not object since they are spending their time. However, when I do pay for a quote and the quote is large, I expect details of exactly what is behind the number and I did not get that. The quote was for over $1000 but it was not detailed or itemized. It was just a bottom line number. It was a waste of my time and money.
Description of Work: Automatic Irrigation Design came to my home to provide me with a quote to repair/reconfigure my irrigation manifold. The charge for the quote was $81.47 and although the quote was for over $1000 the quote was not detailed or itemized. It was just a bottom line number.

 + -1 moreEsitmator arrived 1 hour early and was very very thorough going through what was needed and answered ALL of my questions and there were many :-) Was very very clear in terms of what was going to be down when his crew arrived. The crew (lead by a very nice guy named SAL) showed up exactly on time and immediately got down to work and installed everything as expected. The only thing that could have gone better is less damage to the existing grass but the snaking machine was simply to strong for the already weak grass. So unfortunately I have more lawn repair to do than expected.

 + -1 moreLooked at multiple contractors for a lawn sprinkler system. I also needed to modify the plumbing in my house as part of the install. Automatic Irrigation was very responsive to my cold call, setup the estimate appointment promptly, and showed up at my house on time. They reviewed the job and came back to me with a formal bid and pricing within a few days. One big factor for me was that they did their own plumbing, no need to get a third party plumber. They required a $200 deposit at the signing of the contract and the rest was paid after I was satisfied with the work. Automatic schedule the install within two weeks. The install team were easy to talk with & polity, hard working, professional, on time, and clean. They finished the job in one day.

Not one speck of displaced dirt could be found anywhere when they were done. They took the time to explain in detail how the system works, answered all questions, and insured our complete understanding of the opertional features. The outcome is that we actually feel liberated from the burdon of watering the property, we feel like we were actually able to buy time! You can't beat this company.
Description of Work: Scott custom designed a sprinkler system to cover the front, back and side of our property. Six zones were installed, by his crew, including misters for border plants, flowers and vegetables.

 + -1 moreThe experience with them was good. They did what they said they would do. They did extra as well. Any issue that we had they resolved in a timely manner. We had one minor issue and they fixed that in April. The installation was fine and the system works great. The men were very courteous. They were very good. They were very courteous and clean. They were quick and they didn't ask to use any of our facilities which we appreciated. They cleaned up after themselves. They put things back the way they found it. If they made any holes they covered it up properly. They are on the expensive side.

 + -1 moreTheir price was very good. I had about 6 estimates, and only 1 company had their price beat. But it was Automatic groups reputation that won me over. Their crew was polite, and worked very neatly. Deborah in the customer service area is A+! She is very nice and accommodating. I had to have them come back because I noticed one particular corner was not getting properly watered. They came back the very next day to fix it. Since the install, I had a fence job done. With that said, One of my sprinkler heads needs adjustment. Deborah came to the rescue again by setting an appointment the very next day after I called her. I would recommend this company to anyone.
