Very pleasant and professional experience .... Luis showed up exactly on time for my appointment and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. He seemed very knowledgable about the sprinkler system I had and got my situation resolved quickly. I think these will be my "go-to" guys when I need maintenance on my sprinklers. Scott Silverman gives a great presentation, but does not deliver on his promises. I had a beautiful color, bound booklet with a video in hand. He promised the installers would professionally remove and replace the recently laid sod and I would receive a diagram of where everything was run (for future service and planning purposes). They turned a beautifully laid lawn into a mess, which I had to deal with. The installers said they never do diagrams (I never received one), the water coverage was not consistent, and Scott never resolved any of these (or other) issues. DO NOT HIRE THEM!

This company installed a new system for me. They were very flexible with scheduling and worked with our landscapers to time their work. They also have an on-staff licensed plumber, which made it easier for us than some other sprinkler companies that wanted us to hire our own plumber.

They were prompt and kept their appointments.

I was so impressed with the price, information, warranty, etc. that I hired Scott on the spot. His visit was followed up by a representative from his office who set up an appointment for the work to be done in a time frame that was most impressive. The team of four men arrived on time, worked efficiently and, most importantly, neatly! They gave me instructions on how to work system and left my property in perfect condition. Terrific job!
