Description of Work: Our master bat has a Kohler shower with body jets and the temp control nob had become striped. I asked specifically if they were experienced with this type of product and was assured they were. When they arrived they did not know how to repair they came back a second time with additional part but still could not complete the job. The technician was prompt, professional and apologetic, but a disappointment none the less.

Description of Work: Installed new sewer line from house to community sewer line.

When he came out the job that he tackled was familiar to this company so his prices reflected the fact that he knew what he was doing. If I would have used a competitor it would have cost me triple. I will use him again in the future.
