They arrived precisely on time, worked quickly and efficiently, explained what they did, gave an evaluation of the system, showed the condition of the burners and left the area spotless. They could not have done any better. I will use them again.

It was an excellent experience. They were very professional, pleasant, thorough, and honest.

I had a boderus oil-fired boiler that was smoking alot and one zone that was always warm, even when off. I also had an improper and unsafe oil tank filler/vent pipe and oil supply line. Steve came and provided a very knowledgeable diagnosis- the burner was improperly cleaned by another provider (I think it was Empire Heating - occurred before I bought the house) and the burner was missing screws that hold it firmly in place! That solved my smoking problem. The zone always on was a very tricky item -- I was getting heat siphoning through my system (backwards) even when all the zone valves were off. Steve figured it out quickly and replaced the pump with a pump that had a built-in check valve. A super job on a tricky issue -- Steve had come highly recommended by a retired boiler repairman (neighbor). I was very pleased. Steve fixed everything!! (I replaced the thermostats myself).

The work was performed professionally and the owner, Steve Williams, and his helper, Ben Huey, were pleasant to me while they did their work. The bill was mailed to me and came in exactly one week after the work was done.
