RAMOS TREE SERVICE & LANDSCAPE

These guys were great. I had an 80’ pine tree, all but dead. Friend told me if a tree falls on your house that was in a bad condition it’s considered negligence and insurance may not have to pay for repairs. I looked into it and he was right. I wanted it down fast. They came out, we agreed on a price and they took the tree down the same day. Used extreme caution for my home, my yard and for themselves. Cleaned everything up and even raked up the small twigs. My yard looked great. I would absolutely recommend Ramos Tree Service.

I paid this company to cut trees and remove. I paid Ramos 8k cash before they finished. This was day 2. So 2 days or work for 8k, I'm an idiot to begin with. Anyway, Ramos took my cash and never finished the work. See pics. Left logs. Huge stump and even a half cut tree. Moral of the story, don't be an idiot like me and hire this company and pay them cash before they finish. They will take your money and run. I have hired anther tree company to finish the job. This has cost me well over what it's worth.

Everything went great. They provided me with their insurance documents ahead of time. They showed up on time, trimmed all the trees agreed upon, and cleaned up everything. They even trimmed more branches than originally promised and cleaned up some dead branches on the ground that had fallen in a recent storm. Price was about 30% lower than the other 2 prices we got. The workers were friendly and professional. I am extremely happy with the whole transaction.

They work fast. Clean job.

Came to remove tree within 2 weeks of my initial estimate. Price was well below other estimates that I had previously received. Very neat. Removed all wood and branches. Ground down stump. Workers were very friendly and accommodating. It was a very cold and windy day and I made coffee for the workers. They were all extremely appreciative. Would recommend highly. Would not call anyone else in the future.

Excellent service. I highly recommend Ramos for tree removal, pruning, stump grinding, etc. He was very professional. I will use him again.

The front of our house was very overgrown, and needed lots of work. The work was done promptly, done well and the cleanup was perfect. There were far fewer leaves on the lawn after than before he started. It was very easy to work with Mr. Ramos. His suggestions were valuable, and he seemed knowledgeable.

They did a great job taking down the big tree and some of the trimming. I give them a C because they took out way too much. This is what happened: We needed the tree branches that were over hanging the sidewalk trimmed so that people could pass. I specifically told Ramos that I liked the density and I did NOT want the area thinned out, just over hanging branches trimmed to clear the sidewalk. When I came home from work, I found that his team had cut down at least 6-8 trees and all their thick vines that provided us privacy from a very busy road. I was devastated. The amount of noise we now have in our back yard has changed dramatically all because of the trees that they took down. I told Ramos that that was not what we talked about doing at all. His response was that he was trying to please the city tree foreman! I said, I'm the one who lives here and is paying you! He said "they'll grow back." Thanks a lot. I refused to pay for that portion of the work.

They did an outstanding job. They removed all the debris and left the yard clean. They were very professional and knowlegeable

After the work, they cleaned up well. They are a great company and I would recommend them to other people. They have great personalities and they work very hard to keep the place clean. The price is reasonable as well and they are easy to work with.
