I will be signing up for regular monthly services. I found them off of Angie's List. They were honest and the price was good.

Everything went fine. Two thorough total house (exterior) sprays were done. The first was done by appt. The second, however, was done without any advanced notification.Sprayers just showed up and started. Did not even ring the door bell. Not a problem for me, but others might consider this essential.

Once I was able to get him here, he's great but getting him here was kind of a challenge. His voice mailbox was full, I sent him a text message, still nothing, Angie's List had to intervene and then he was good. I think there was some mistake about what number was supposed to be called but once he got here, he was good, and he took care all of our issues. He's very thorough, very polite and a nice fellow. It was a 2-visit package and we still have an ongoing issue but that just happened with New York and getting close to winter. It had gotten much better, we only have a few mice that we've trapped now so they are primarily an addict and I just can't figure out where they are getting in up there but it's an old house. I think he's probably one of the more knowledgeable and he's better than like the big services because he'll actually come out and find a lot of areas where the animals are and he also wants to use more humane methods rather than poisons. We did contract with a big company now and I don't find that they are quite as knowledgeable as this fellow.

I purchased this big deal offer from Angie's List on a weekend and within a day or so heard from Jim at Quality Pro. His team came and went around the entire exterior of my home, applying a pesticide where appropriate in order to eradicate the stink bugs that were accumulating. I had been seeing these bugs pretty frequently, every time I opened my door there were at least three or four trying to get in. Every window had one or two on it, and there were even some inside my home, looking for a hibernation spot. Thankfully, since Quality Pro did their thing, I have not seen any more of these pesky bugs. I am extremely satisfied, and would definitely recommend Quality Pro for anyone experiencing the influx of the infamous stink bugs!

I wasn't here when the work was done. He showed up on time for the first time appointment. He still has another appointment to do. We still have some of the stink bugs and we’ll see what happens after the next treatment. There was some film on the windows but I don’t know if that is normal in this type of treatment because I have never had it done before.

Purchased the $49.00 deal for pest entry inspection. Never received a response from provider via my in box. I left a message on providers cell phone but my call was never returned.

The initial contact was prompt and professional, but there was considerable confusion as to the return visits. They set a lot of traps in the basement and attic and caught 7 mice the first return visit. They set more traps and came back a few days latter and spent the day sealing up possible entry places on the outside. That took a whole day. They removed 5 mice that day and set a final round of traps. However, something got miscommnicated among the employees and no one came the next week as promised. I got a bit upset that they would not respond to phone calls or e-mails for days. I was getting ready to go on vacation and had visions of dead mouse smell upon my return. After another few days, the owner finally called me and the whole issue was handled before I left (only one mouse caught thank goodness). I would use them again.

Great. The little guy is gone.

It went great. Last year I had two squirrels in the house which were trapped by Erhlich pest control. However, since they don't go up on ladders to the roof, they couldn't find the entry points. I knew I had to find the entry or the squirrels would come back this year when the weather gets colder. Quality Pro arrived on time, and immediately set up ladders to gain access to the roof. Within a few minutes they had located the entry points. He quoted me a price of $225.00 to seal the holes, I agreed and they immediately did the work. They left no mess of any kind and reminded me that the service was guarenteed and if I had any future problems or heard any noises, just give them a call and they'll take care of it. I couldn't have been more pleased. I just wish I had called them sooner!

It went pretty badly. Jim showed up about an hour or so late, after I called a few times and left voicemail messages asking where he was. He and his partner inspected the exterior of the house and pointed out a few areas that needed repair, in order to block animal entrance. He said he would get back to me the following week with an official cost. His estimate while doing the walk-through was approximately $2,500. I followed up three times via email and voicemail messages and did not get any reply. It was strange that I was begging him for an estimate. A few weeks passed and I continued to try to reach him. He never called back or returned any emails. I finally got Jim on the phone and he said that he would get me an estimate later that week. I followed up twice more and then gave up. I should have given up earlier, but he seemed like a good guy at first. I was so disappointed with how unprofessional he was and do not recommend doing business with this company.

This is the 2nd time I have used Quality Pro and have had another impressive experience. Jim is very knowledgeable in pest control. He sprayed the interior of my home to treat the ant problem and also treated the outside. He advised not to kill any ants after his treatment as the spray would be fine enough. He is correct.

Went very well. They showed up hours after I first called, and took the thing down in no time at all. Everything was as promised.

Quality Pro were absolute rock stars! I called them at 7am. They were here as predicted at 830am and solved the issue in 15 minutes. They we very gentle and caring for the animals which was important in front of the kids who wanted to keep the raccoons as pets. Whole experience was world class.

Very well. They were responsive and went above and beyond.

It was terrific. They did an excellent job, in a timely fashion for a good price.

We paid him $434.87. He said it included covering holes, closing attic, closing vents, setting traps for mice, and coming back to check/reset traps. One time he was supposed to come back and didn't come. Another time he was supposed to come, I called and postponed it until summer. He finally came back after I called and said I needed traps removed because I was smelling stuff and had an upcoming inspection. He found some dead mice but they were not in the traps, they were on the floor. We were upset because we knew the mice were continuing to enter the house. He blamed it on open vents even though he was supposed to close them. He said the price we paid did not include closing the vents. He wanted another $200 to close the vents and I said no. He left. I ended up hiring another handyman and he did an excellent job for only $20.

First an estimate was performed. Then the work was agreed to by myself. Then the work was performed. An excellent experience.

Nice job. These guys came on time, were thorough, professional and, most importantly, got the job done. We had been trying for months to trap the couple of field mice who sneak in every winter. They came in, inspected the house fully, plugged up holes, left traps in carefully selected spots, then came back a week later and took the caught critters away. Haven't seen a mouse since. In fact, they owe us one more follow-up visit, but we haven't called them back because we are not seeing any signs of a problem. I would highly recommend them -- and the deal is good.

I purchased a house that had recent racoon activity (feces, etc). Jim and his crew were very professional and advised me of my options. I hired him to sanitize, remove insulaion and reinsulate my attic as well as block entries to the attic. I was very happy with their work and appreciated the honesty and fair price he quoted me. I would recomend Jim and would use him again.

Found two dead bats on two different days. They were outside the garage door. We didn't hear anything going on in the attic, but thought that we should call someone to check it out. Called Quality Pro and spoke to Jim. Was very nice and said he would come over to the house sometime around 3pm. I finally called at 5pm to see if he was on his way. Arrived at the house around 6pm. Jim and his associate checked the attic and rest of the house and found bat and bird droppings around the eaves in the attic. Jim's advice was to put a screen over the eaves leaving the bottom open in case any bats were in the attic that he didn't see. The screen would remain in place for one week and he would remove it. I hesitated to pay in full for the job that was not totally complete, but paid anyway. In our conversation about the clean up of the droppings in the attic I mentioned that I would buy new insulation and asked if he would be kind enough to put it in. The response was that he does this all the time and that he would "give" us the insulation because it was such a small area. I thought that was so generous and I was very appreciative. One week passed and I called Jim to remove the netting from the eaves. Many phone calls and weeks/months later he finally had his associate come to finish the job. asked if he was going to vacuum the droppings from the attic he told me that they would have to come back to do that. At this point I was so disgusted, but was diligent in calling so that the job would get finished. The insulation that was promised never got put in by Jim or his associate. I was just happy to get the droppings vacuumed up and the screen removed from the eaves. What started out in May was completed months later.

Jim Horton, owner of Quality Pro, has been coming to my home for about 9 years. When we first bought our house, the following spring we were inundated with carpenter ants, with the ants coming out of the walls, oven, cabinets, microwave, dishwasher etc. and he was able to eliminate all the colonies which were living in two walls of the kitchen. Over the years, he has also removed several wasp nests, trapped the field mice which were in the basement and attic, and sealed off several entry points the mice were using to enter the house. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He has come to the house on weekends when we have had "emergencies" (i.e. a mouse in my son's bed, what we thought was a bird in the chimney, etc). I have been telling everyone I know about Quality Pro and would never hesitate to recommend this provider to anyone.

They showed up on time. Did a detailed inspection. Gave us our options and price quotes for work we may want done. Told us how much it would cost for them to do the work and suggested we could probably find a roofer who could do the job for less. Very honest guys.

I needed several follow ups and Jim my technician was very responsive.

We had an unknown rodent living under our floor boards. Jim was extremely knowledgable in determining what it was and how to eliminate it. He was familiar with the eating patterns and psychology of this rodent He was courteous and easy to work with. The first time I called he came the same day, very promptly. For his second visit he was not on time and did not call, hence the B rating for punctuality. But overall was very satisfied and would use him again, although I hope I won't need his services again.

Honestly I couldn't be happier. It was a pleasure to deal with them and the honesty and straightforwardness was really refreshing. At no point did I feel pressured or that they were holding back about the issues we're facing. I learned a ton, which is invaluable as a recently new home owner, and I'm sure the knowledge gained will help in the future. Things like how to identify telltale signs, common issues and prevention tips was a huge help...that alone was worth the cost. The traps and sealing was a bonus! I may follow-up and have them perform the work (as a new father with a long commute I don't always have the time) and I will certainly recommend the services to friends and family.
