They came and did the service right away. I would use them in the future.

Thorough inspection but possible problem discovered involved neighbors & was too extensive & expensive to entertain.

I Have used this company for a number of years and all found the owner to be a professional and knowledgeable man to deal with. In the past have had to have squirrel nest and birds nest removed from roof areas and never had any additional problem again. The work is as the name says Quality pro. Jim does not require any contracts or long term investments. He and his team do an excellent job and are willing to listen and respond to concerns regarding chemicals used. My usual summer issue are hornets or wasps. Honey Bees welcome. Very Happy with job and have and would recommend this company

THEY REMOVED A NUMBER OF FLYING SQUIRRELS AND MADE AN AN ATTEMPT TO PATCH SOME AREAS THEY THOUGHT THE PESTS WERE COMING IN/OUT OF THE HOUSE. IN FAIRNESS I HAVE AN OLD HOUSE. THAT SAUD THE SQUIRRELS CAME RIGHT BACK - SO NET-NET I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY TO HAVE 1 BATCH IF SQUIRRELS REMOVED BUT THE ROOT PROBLEM WAS NOT FIXED.

The service went okay. Their first trip they did a very thorough job but they were not as thorough the second trip. The technicians were polite and scheduling the deal was not a problem.

Patched holes on the outside of house. Set and cleared traps over 4 visits. Very pleasant and professional.

It went good. He was thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. He also gave me some remediation options, too.

It went great. No mice in the basement since the work has been completed.

They came and inspected the house and determined that there were fresh mouse droppings in the attic where I had heard scratching. Traps were set in the attic, basement and a few in lower kitchen cabinets. In several days, Matt came back to check the traps for a total of four visits. During the visits, two small mice were caught in the basement and one mouse (a breeder) was caught in the attic. Matt sealed off openings around two outside doors and several other areas where they might have made entry into the house. Service was prompt, friendly and professional.

The service was excellent. The workers explained the whole process from beggining to end. Since the service I have not seen another stink bug again. Will use them again next year.

He was excellent. He helped me determine that I had a sewage issue, not a pest issue.

I have used them in the past and they always do a good job for me. I will continue to use them in the future.

The team at Quality Pro Wildlife was great. They went above and beyond what they were suppose to do. They were very knowledgable about old homes and wildlife. We haven't seen a mouse since!

He was wrong about why there were holes in the ground. He suggested that he would put traps down for an added cost but didn't guarantee any results... Considered the 10 minute consult a waste of time and money.

It was OK. Their estimate was too high. I had nothing negative; they were on-time for the appointment.

The work was completed on schedule and as promised. We received a two year warranty. The company has followed up as promised and cleaned up a few minor things we found very promptly. Would use them again.

Everything turned out well. They did a thorough inspection, provided satisfactory explanations, and gave good advice.

I wasn’t able to use it because they did not service my area. However, when I contacted them, they were responsive and professional.

They came up in the search area on Angie's List and I purchased the service. Then called and found out my area was NOT in their service area and had to get a refund.

It went well. I have not any trouble with squirrels since the service.

The jobs of getting rid of rats and sealing the rat access were done very well. It's been 2 months since the job and no rats whatsoever. But, two issues that I think future users want to take caution: 1. Responsiveness: Jim doesn't seem to respond as quickly as expected. In fact I have to call him to make appointments. 2. Pricing: the Angie's list deal, according to Jim is a one-time job, while his $449 package includes 4 visits. For me, if I wanted to have his team come back, I'll have to pay the difference, which I did and I'm not regret for. However, a one-time job of $199 vs. 4 visits @ $449, you do the math. Update? I just found that the one visit that the company is supposed to make, didn't happen. And it was back in March! I was on a business trip at that time and my wife called for the company's number because she found mouse in our garage. I told my wife the number and told her that they are supposed to come a forth time as it's the package. I was recently told by my wife that she called the company and the company said they will send someone, but they didn't show up at all! This definitely changes my review for the company. I will never use them again.

Jim arrived to perform the inspection and was very friendly and professional. As soon as he opened the door of the attic, he told me he found bat droppings. His estimate indicated a "moderate bat infestation in the attic." I told him I had had mice at one time but haven't seen any droppings this year. His report indicated: "Evidence of mouse activity in the way of mouse droppings..." His estimate further detailed "several eave areas that have gaps that allow bat entry...space under j channel from lower roof area that allows bats to enter up under siding and into attic...several spaces and gaps at soffit vent around entire house that allow bat entry...several vents that will have bird and rodent guards installed, all corner caps on siding need to be sealed for bats and mice...two definite rodent entry points that need to be sealed." Needless to say...I was VERY concerned! I immediately called another "Licensed Wildlife Control" expert for a second opinion. He inspected my entire house - inside and out. He said there were only two areas in the attic that had bat droppings but they were clearly at least a year old, maybe two. THAT'S IT! He felt there was NO indication of an "infestation" of ANY KIND. Upon checking the my entire house - inside and out - He found a couple of small areas that he said MIGHT need some attention but no evidence to wildlife of any kind. So...my advice is ALWAYS GET AT LEAST TWO OPINIONS.

The service was just fine. They looked at the bed and said there were no bed bugs.

1/29/14 He told me on the phone that he would definitely get the skunk. I paid for 3 days service for around $450. He caught a raccoon and an opossum. Never got the skunk so I still have a skunk under my deck. As far as I am concerned, I hired him to get rid of a problem which he did not. I think $450 to get rid of any animal that I am assured before hiring that he will get is enough money to assure the job is done. What, should I now pay another $450 to get rid of the skunk with no assurance of outcome? No- I am going to go buy my own trap. 1/30/14: Jim, the owner called me today (he saw my Angie's List review) to tell me that he would return when the weather warms to give it another go at catching the skunk. I've upgraded my professionalism grade from C to B and will upgrade my entire rating if he follows through and gets the stinky varmint.

I think I purchased their deal to late in the season. We had the appointment and they sent someone out when I wasn't home the first time. It was a 2-part service. The second time I was home and it got cold but I didn't see anyone come so I called him and he told me that he already sent someone out to spray and I told him no one came because I've been home everyday. He was very nice about it but in the end we had to reschedule the second spray for the Spring. The first spray was done on the 26th of November.
