Anthony came out to the house and listened to our need. He came up with a very good design idea and was willing to work with me to adjust it to fit our ideas as well. He was up front regarding what needed to happen prior to his work getting done and provided clear instructions. He also helped to rectify a mirror problem in the master bathroom that was paid for by our builder. His team was on time and friendly and did a good job on the installation. We would definitely use Anthony in the future.

I did not hire Pleasantville. I hired Renewit Window and Glass Repair

We had a rock come through a plate glass window. They came out the next day to check it out, and got me an estimate to repair later on that day. The window was replaced within a few days - great work at a very reasonable price.

I've used PG for years and had 2 interior shower door frames installed as well as several oversized custom windows replaced. Their work is top-notch and they stand behind it. Professional, timely, polite. I marked prices "fair" because they are not inexpensive but the prices are worth the quality of materials and services delivered. I highly recommend.

Professional and carefull install. Replaced glass in mirror furniture...looks like new! They are fast, professional and well-priced. My experience was very good.

It was very good. They're reliable, good and they know what they are doing and do it very well. The workers were good, very nice.

It took a couple of weeks for the doors to come in. then we scheduled the installation for the following week. Installation was a breeze. They said that if would take most of a day to install but were finished a could of hours rarly. we have had the shower doors for 2 months and we are still very pleased.

They were prompt. They were very thorough.

Anthony quickly came to measure and give estimate for wall sized mirror in bathroom. While they were so busy we had to wait a month for installation, we were very happy with quality, professionalism and look of final product. While it was a little expensive, it really completed the look of our newly renovated master bathroom and would recommend Pleasantville Glass and Mirror without reservation.

They did a great job. Came quickly for the measurement and estimate. Ordering and payment details were fair and clear. Their estimates on time to make the doors were accurate, and once our glass was in they came to install it right away. They were very professional, cleaned up before leaving- even put floor mats htat they moved back where they were needed. I couldn't complain about anything they did. I will be going back to them for the next set of doors I need to do in my house!

I had previously posted a bad review because I had not heard back from them however there was in fact a miscommunication and we are on track. They have been able to locate a custom glass I needed and I've spoken with several people at their company. I don't know how to edit a posted review so just putting this up to clarify. They are sending Anthony out tomm to measure and ordering the glass for installation.

We provided dimensions of the table to Pleasantville Glass and one other area glass service we had used before. Pleasantville came in with the lower bid by $50. They sent someone within a couple of days to measure the table and then said it would be a couple of weeks before the glass top was ready for installation. At the two-week mark, I called to see how things were coming and was told they could bring it the following day. The truck arrived right at the time of the appointment; two very professional men carried the new top to the back patio and installed it--a perfect fit. Then, as promised, they took away the two pieces of the broken top. The new top is made of tempered glass and is much lighter than the old one but presumably less likely to break. Time will tell.

My experience was excellent although I only used them once. The man who owned the business came, was extremely pleasant and very professional. Everybody that he sent I would say the same about them. I had called them again for something else, but I did not use them because it was not so convenient. They are very far from me in the sense for them to come for a smaller job I would have to give them the measurements or I would have to pay for a service call, so it did not pay to use them. I think his prices are comparable to other people I called.

The measurements were taken and a new door was ordered. When the door was to be installed, the installers discovered that a wall in the shower stall was weak. This was only discoverable when they started the install process. They could have installed the door but felt it might only become a problem soon again. Shortly afterwards when we had the wall problem worked on, it was discovered that this might have indeed been the case. The install was rescheduled until the wall structure problem was corrected. They stored the door and did the install when the structural work was completed. What this experience indicated to me was that Pleasantville Glass did not want to just get a job done and finished with. They wanted to make sure that in the end, the job was done properly. For the actual installation, the installers were very professional, clean and detailed in the work that they performed. The times for scheduling and the actual work were convenient and prompt. Thanks guys!!

I called the provider told the woman who answered the phone I had a full length mirror that needed to be looked at because it may be coming off the wall. I simply wanted someone to come take a look at the mirror and give an estimate as to the amount of work that may be required. She called me back the next day and told me the repair man could come out to secure the mirror for a service call fee of $350. I declined because she told me he could not come out for an estimate this was the only way they provided services. My issue with this is as a new homeowner and a novice in the glass/mirror trade how in the world would I even know if it needed to be secured at this very moment. I guess this company is extremely busy and popular to the point where they don't waste their time to acquire new customers unless its for a premium. I am writing this review to let others know what their policy was with my request and to also let the provider know they should try to be more accommodating because you never know what other work will come from the household you do an estimate for.

It all went very well - from the time I contacted them by phone for an initial estimate, to the first visit to take measurements to the installation. They delivered on time and according to the contract amount. The mirrors for the project were on the complicated side in that they required holes by cut for sconces. When Anthony was measuring, he noticed one of the electrical outlets where the center hole was to be cut, was slightly off-center. My husband would have picked right up on this. We had the outlet moved and then Anthony came back again to re-measure. Despite his having to return again, they still met the original delivery date. They all worked very efficiently, cleanly with great attention to detail. A very professional organization. We highly recommend Pleasantville Glass and Mirror.

They were very professional; Anthony who was the owner was very polite and pointed out other things that needed to be done. They cleaned up with themselves. Highly recommend them and would use them again.

Anthony was prompt, ,professional and did the work with a minimum of interruption to our schedule. I would definitely use this business again for future glass and mirror work.

He did a really good job. He went above and beyone. I would recommend him to anyone. I got 4 different quotes and while he was not the cheapest, I felt most the most comfortable with him. He is a really nice guy.

Without hesitation we strongly recommend Pleasantville Glass & Mirror for anyone seeking work on shower doors, tub enclosures, custom mirror work, window tinting, etc. We have had several contractors in our home but none of them has come close to matching the dedication to detail, the professionalism, and the quality displayed in the end product as has Pleasantville Glass & Mirror. I should warn You that if You are seeking a quick turnover from initial contact to finished product this company may not be for You. Of course they try to be as efficient as possible and adhere to all initial agreed upon deadlines, but they stress QUALITY above all else. In our particular case: They initially did a gross measurement, they then came back to do a detailed measurement, then they analyze their data and then sit down with You and discuss what can and cannot be done and what deviations from the norm will occur based on what they have to work with, and finally, when they receive the cut glass from their subcontractors they will examine the finished product to ensure that all measurements are accurate and if not will return the glass to their subcontractors to be cut correctly. They promptly inform You that the glass did not Pass their inspection ,was rejected and sent back, and therefore the new installation date has to be pushed to a later date. But the end result was amazing. Shower doors that fit like a glove. There was practically no space for the silicone. And our Project was not close to a simple square or rectangle. Our walls were sloped, the home was old and the walls were not symmetrical and they had to undo the inept work of a prior contractor(All Glass Services under the leadership of Joel RudolphTobia) . And as a testimony to their dedication to detail: our borders are black and when they cut a slit in the border to make room for the glass panel they first painted the insides of the cut black border black to maximize continuity. And if You prefer not to clean up after Your contractors this firm is for You. There is no difference in the work area before the project began and after the work has been completed and they have left Your home. Once the project was completed the installers asked us to review the finished project and shortly thereafter Mr Gagliardi called us to ask us if we were fully satisfied with the work. YES! AND WE WILL RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY TO ANYONE SEEKING WORK IN THIS AREA.

I called to schedule the work after emailed estimate, at which point I was told that they had to come back to do measurements (which he already did) I thought he did. I questioned why, and told her he already did them, she said he needed to do the actual measurements. The measurements he did were only for the estimate. (thanks for wasting my time) Gas is $4.00 a gallon? I'm glad he has a hybrid. I was still going to use them because they were recommended on Angie's list.But then I asked how long it would take to get the job done. She said NO LESS THAN THREE WEEKS (3) at a minimum probably longer she said ?for two 24 inches pieces of glass for a stall shower? The estimate I received via email: Base price $1500 with all the add ons $2100 Wasn't waiting a month or more to use my new shower and I was told I could get a shower curtin in the meantime. Called Associated Glass and Mirror in Port Chester the guy came with a laser level and measured in 20 minutes. Had my glass installed as promised in 7 days perfect job! for $1900 with all the coatings and starfire glass (low iron)

The original installer of my shower door and the glass panels that attach to the wall did not attach the glass with clips. The original installer only glued the panels to the wall. Because of this, one panel came off due to the water hitting it. PLEASANTVILLE GLASS INC installed clips into the wall and attached the glass to it. They then resealed all of the glass to the wall and to the stone tile of the shower. They made sure before they left that the glass was secure to the wall and the stone.
