Frank did a great job. After I told him that the walls were painted a deep red, he explained that he would need to first apply a primer that had the new color, let that dry for several hours, and then apply the new color. Because of this he had to charge an additional fee. I totally understood as this would mean that he would have to return the next day. Frank was prompt, worked diligently, and cleaned up thoroughly. He was respectful and pleasant. I am very pleased with the job he did. I would recommend him without hesitation.

This was about as perfect as an Angie's list "big deal" experience could be. Frank arrived when he said he was going to arrive and painted my kitchen with terrific focus. He is a terrific guy and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. He's coming back in the Fall to powerwash and stain my deck, and I won't hesitate to call on him for painting jobs in the future.

Frank is a first-rate professional. He was very helpful with color selection, even sending me a special app to help match a color I was trying to find. He painted my daughter's room; walls only, not the crown and base moldings. It is a vibrant color, and his work was impeccable. We absolutely love the color and he was meticulous throughout the entire process. There wasn't a spot of paint on the crown or base moldings. Once the paint was dry he put back all the switch plates and ensured the room was spotless and move in ready. He also offered to move all the furniture back into place. Frank purchased the paint - a low VOC paint- for me. I took advantage of his $99 1-room promotion; an incredible rate for the time and great work he put into the job. I will definitely hire Frank again for our future paint needs.

We've hired Frank D Painting numerous times; the first time on a recommendation by another one of his happy customers to help us with our kitchen and dining room renovation, and after being 110% satisfied with his work, we re-hired him to stain our deck. Not only was he professional, on time, on budget and reliable each time we worked with him, his work is absolutely beautiful. He is meticulous, has an amazing attention to detail, and truly loves what he does, which shows in his final product. While home renovations can be a headache, Frank was easy to work with and worked around our schedule to make it happen. When we hired him, we didn't know where to start. Weary from the entire renovation process, we were lost in a sea of color choices. When he visited for an initial consultation, he understood our difficulties and helped us by recommending colors that he thought would work perfectly with the new design and woodwork that was installed. He made the entire process stress-free and even enjoyable! And aside from his creative assistance, the job itself was a tough one to tackle - but nothing he couldn't handle! Our kitchen had vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, a skylight with molding around it, and many difficult-to-navigate areas, and he managed everything perfectly and with ease. We are still getting compliments on how it looks! After that project, we knew he was the only choice for us to hire when we decided to stain our deck. And again, he provided a beautiful final product that we can be proud of! Frank's pricing is fair and he's such a pleasure to work with. If another opportunity arises for a painting or staining project in our home, we will definitely be calling him again!
