Mike is very pleasant to work with. He answered my initial call, and we made an appointment, as per my request, for the following week. He installed a new lock in one door and changed the cylinder in another and did so in a way that allows me to use the same key for both.

Mike was great. It was very easy to make an appointment on semi short notice. Mike came by on time and worked quickly, explaining what he was doing along the way. In addition to changing 3 locks on our new house, Mike was able to fix a lose doorknob on the front door. He let us pick keys with designs on them which was fun and offered to make us a few extra copies. Mike was a really nice guy and overall I would highly recommend him!

Mike was very professional and helpful. He made no effort to up-sell me or buy products I didn't need, even though a couple of my door knobs are old. In fact, he suggested ways to save money. He explained what he was doing, and made sure that everything was working perfectly before he left. I highly recommend.

Mike is very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. He kept the house clean throughout his work, and checked in regularly to see if we were happy with the work (lock placement, look of hardware... etc.). Mike came the same day for our job, and was very accomodating to changes... we liked working with him so much we hired him to do a second deadbolt on another door. I would definitely recommend, and he will be on my list of go-to vendors.
