When I had a different air conditioning service to my home earlier this week I was told that there was NOT a new run capacitor instlled two years ago.

The initial installation seemed fine and in fact the new zone works well. But when the weather changed and we needed to run the heat in the upgraded existing zones, each room was a completely different temperature. 2 bedrooms were burning hot, one was freezing. The living room was cold, the sunporch was stifling. We called Mike several times to come adjust the ducts. We made an appointment and he didn't show. Then we kept calling again but he never responded. Somehow we made it through the winter, and now that the weather is warm and we need the A/C, we have the same issues in reverse. When one zone is calling for A/C, the other zones are freezing. Everything is off balance and since Mike and his guys put in the system and rerouted everything, they are the only ones who know how to fix it. Our calls continue to go unanswered. This is a very frustrating situation, given that we spent so much money with him and now have nothing but complaints from our kids (justified) and a very uncomfortable home. Although we initially thought Keep it Cool did a good job, after actually using the system, our long-term experience has been very disappointing and I would not recommend them at all.

Mike of Keep it Cool, Inc. was a pleasure to work with, was very responsive, answered all questions and his workers were very efficient and did a good job. Job was done as he stated in his proposal and as issues popped up as the work progressed, Mike and his workers were very responsive.
