 + 0 moreThey did an A+ job. My entire sewer line, was replaced as well as the trap and connections. My downstairs powder room was preserved. The crew was efficient and "Uber" prepared. There were lots of connections. They had extras of absolutely everything in order to avoid any potential downtime. Each and every step was carefully explained to me. Tommy was either on site or quickly available. Though my basement looked like a bomb site mid-job...it was left surprisingly neat and broom clean. I decided it would be prudent to add a reline of my house to street connection. 40 feet of reline. Tommy has many years of both residential and commercial experience in relines. All the work was done in one week's time and cross-checked with pipe camera. Tommy is not only a Master Plumber...he is the "Master of Disaster".
Description of Work: My house is 70 years old. The main sewer pipe, which needed frequent snaking, had deteriorated. I hoped to get a trenchless reline on the damaged section. Several companies came in to assess. Only Tommy (Emergency Sewer & Drain) checked the kitchen line. It fed into the damaged area which precluded lining. He quoted me a better price on trenching than the guys recommending a liner. I gave him the go ahead on a Friday. His guys started on Tuesday. (Timely) My pipe was in far worse shape than the camera inspections suggested. Rotted out all the way to the back of the house. (Yuck...I got to check out all my rotted pipes myself) The main line ran right under my boiler. The trap had no bottom. Tommy had the guys excavate the rotted pipe and reroute in front of the boiler. Then they discovered the basement toilet branch was also "toast". Instead of cracking the floor tile they cleverly decided to do a short reline.

 + 2 moreJohn and Bobby have been working on my injector pump for years. They didn't a great job whenever I've had issues. They come out usually within an hour after calling to have work done. They do good work but are pricey. About 20% higher then the price should be.
Description of Work: Fix injector pumps and cooper hose fixed.

 + -1 moreOur sewer line from the house to the town line was crumbled and needed to be replaced FAST. We were getting snaked quite a bit and were going broke...and tempting fate. Overall, if I had more time, I would have made the effort to get in touch with the service again and give them a chance to explain why they never submitted a quote. I got a got a good vibe and they seem like a good company. But I can't help but think that if the name of the company is EMERGENCY Sewer and Drain, maybe they should be a little quicker with the quote. The professionalism of the gentleman, Tommy, who came to give the quote is an A+++ but I downgraded the whole rating to a C because it's not very professional of the company to get back to the customer.
Description of Work: We needed a quick estimate and ESD certainly provided a courteous, professional, puntual visit. Tommy arrived very quickly after we called for an appointment, which was great, and made a very thorough assessment of what we needed. He even explained certain aspects of the job that we might or might not need and explained that the written quote we'd receive would include a few options. He expressed that he really wanted to be competitive with the other quotes we were getting. But then that was it. We never heard from the company again. I don't know the process at the company - maybe his initial quote got lost in the shuffle and an official one never got sent to us - but it doesn't look good if the company can't follow through on the actual quote.

 + -1 moreI have been using them for 10 years and their performance has always been good. They are very quick and easy going. Their pricing is very fair and I would highly recommend them. I rated them B because I never rate anyone A.

 + -1 moreMy call to them was answered promptly and politely. I was told that someone would be at my house within one hour. They were right on time and explained everything they were going to do in detail. Franco cleaned both sinks after he was finished; he cleaned the floor under both sinks and the kitchen floor. He even cleaned a stop that he had not made dirty. He was very professional and very thorough. I am very pleased with the work he did.
Description of Work: Franco unclogged the drain in the sink in the laundry room and also the drain in the sink in the kitchen and the garbage disposal.
