Junk King Hudson Valley

They were terrific. Arrived on time, went through everything I wanted removed, gave me a price and removed everything in a timely manner. After living in our house for 25 years I am trying to get rid of some of the accumulation over a period of time. I will be calling them again in the near future for the next load.

My wife loved it. They emailed me right away and they were able to come out within a couple days of calling. They had great professionalism.

We called them very short notice and they were able to accommodate us the same day. I asked about Angie's List prepaid special and provided Elaine with an itemized list. She plugged that into her estimator and told me that we'd qualify for the prepaid service price. She also told me to book it first and then buy the prepaid service, which we did. At first , when the guys arrived they didn't want to do it as they thought the load was more than the prepaid price. But when we told them we talked specifically to Junk King and not Angie's List, they did not hesitate and handled the job quickly and professionally. They gave us a window of 3 - 5 pm and showed up at approximately 3:30 pm. They called when they were close. We did not have to wait around and that was awesome. That they were able to come very short notice, that they proceeded with the job even though they at first questioned the price, that they showed up within the first hour of our 2 hour window and worked quickly and professionally, I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing hauling service. Excellent and well done!!!

The service was performed very well. They came within the 2 hour time frame and called 20 minutes in advance to confirm. Once at site they were professional and gave what I feel was a reasonable quote. They performed the job quickly and swept up the garage after so it was very clean. I would definitely use them again in the future.

tony and lucky came to my house. they are both very professional and very nice. they gave me a fair quote, so i told them i would like them to remove the wood. they actually came on time and a little early, which is always a nice thing.

I purchased a special daily deal for $89 and it was to pick up debris from renovations, I had a lot of black garbage bags as well as broken cabinets,wood and glass. They were professional and worked within my budget.

Tony and Lucky arrived within the time frame given. Lucky reviewed what we were having them move and the guys then went to work. They are two strong men. They were able to carefully move the piano out of the bedroom and into their truck in no time....without damaging anything. Both men were very polite and hardworking. I'd use this service again without fail.

I hired the Junk King to remove a significant amount of construction debris. Although they were running late, they notified me of their progress several times. Two gentlemen showed up and after a quick assessment got to work. They hauled away a giant mess quickly and left the outside broom clean. They were professional and courteous and I was very pleased with the whole job.

I hired them for this job because I had previously used them a year or two ago. They showed up when they said they would and removed everything that I asked them to move. The work itself was fine and they did what they were supposed to do. However, I feel that I was over-charged. I told them about the quote I got from the other place and the first guy said that was no problem. The other man said that they can't do that and would have to call the boss. I was standing right in front of him when he called and did not speak to anyone and said they would have to charge $240. The whole situation seemed very sketchy and because of that, I would not use them again.

I think that I found Junk King on the Angie's List website. When I called, they were in the neighborhood and able to come within a few hours. I was surprised and very impressed with their punctuality. Their rate was standard and seemed reasonable to me at the time. They did exactly what I was asking from them. They do a good job and I had no complaints.

I hired them for the work after seeing their advertisement. It was simple to schedule an appointment. I had a coupon for the service and they deducted the discount from the cost. I thought that their price was comparable to others. My experience with them was very good.

They were accommodating with their schedule. They arrived on time and notified me 20 minutes before their arrival. The service was prompt and completed in less than an hour. The amount they took away was measured in cubic yards. Most people, including myself, don’t have a tool to measure in the amount so this type of measuring can be subjective. They didn’t take it all. They said that the amount they took was what was included in the deal. They offered to take the rest for cash, but I declined and was disappointed with that. However, the work was fine.

The men were professional in every way and were considerate of our home making sure not to damage the walls taking out the loveseat.

This was my second time using this service. Everything was handled very professionally and the job was well done. One word of advice -- try to be honest about how much junk you have. I underestimated and there was not enough room in the truck for all my junk. But A+++ for Junk King.

They were on-time and polite. They moved everything out with ease. The added price (on top of the deal I paid for) was a bit more than I anticipated, but I did have quite a bit to haul away. I would use them again.

The junk king staff were punctual and polite and went right to work. I ordered the services in Angie's List with a coupon. I was able to save money in the removal, and they were willing to take an extra mattress. I would recommend their services.
