Great experience overall from start (arranging the appiontment) to finish (their cleaning-up the yard after themselves). Prompt, courteous and hard working.

They were on time to pick up the debris and were quick and professional.

I saw the coupon in Angie's list and bought it. Called the number and scheduled the pickup. They came during the scheduled time frame and called before their arrival. Removed the sofa bed first. Then removed the broken treadmill.

It was FANTASTIC! They called us early in the day to confirm our appointment and then showed up on time. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were very friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

I had received a special deal coupon from them. They did exactly what I asked them to do without trying to add anything on. They came exactly when they said they would and took everything away, which was perfect.

I called them and they checked my area and said they do not service it. I called Angie's List for a refund.

They were great! The men came on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up well. They did not take all our trash as we had more that they were contracted to haul. They gave us an estimate of what it might cost for them to come back, but were not pushy at all. We did not re-hire the company because we were able to get rid of the stuff in other ways, but we certainly would have considered calling them if needed.

They called me early in the day to confirm the appointment and then showed up on time. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were very friendly and professional. They even swept my garage after cleaning it. Great job! Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Anthony and Jean from Junk King arrived on time and were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. They broke down and removed our old pool table in no time and swept up afterwards. I will definitely call these guys again next time I have junk that has to go!

This could not have gone any smoother. I was able to schedule the pickup online, and Junk King responded very quickly to all correspondence. Two very courteous gentlemen showed up precisely on time, collected the old playground equipment very efficiently (including some disassembly) and were on their way. They let me know when they were done and handed me a coupon for the next time I need the service. They even politely laughed at my lame jokes!

It was great, I was able to get rid of all the unwanted stuff at one time without having to put pieces out for regular trash pick up. The owner and his worker came and were very pleasant and helpful. They were courteous and professional. I attempted to help by putting things on the truck and very politely they took the items from my hands saying " Ms we'll do that , that's why we are here" . It was great, I look forward to referring them to family and friends.

Gene is a model example of the type of professionalism and courtesy that every business should aspire towards. It didn?t matter how many times I went over his pricing structure (due to indecision on my part), he was gladly able to repeat it as often as I asked without ever batting an eye. When dealing with Gene, it is the client who is treated like a "King". At each critical stage, he followed-up with a minimally invasive phone call or brief text message just to make sure things were progressing along as they should according to the expectations of the client. In terms of the work Gene plans ahead and carefully manages his team so that everything runs as smooth as silk. Without any compromise whatsoever, Gene and his team are so fast and efficient that before you know it the job is done without any hitches. In terms of business structure, Gene's company is designed from the bottom-up to make things as easy as possible for the client from A-Z (he even had my email addressed memorized!). Five stars out of five.

Very good experience. Nice guys, very profressional. Took great care removing a large refridgerator, cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend or use again.

Two young men arrived early and took everything away. The small refrigerator was wedged in and the guys worked for a long time freeing it. The guys were cheerful and helpful. They would not let me help them carry stuff. "No...that's OUR job!". So sweet and professional at the same time. I do wish they'd been allowed to take some of the canned fluids (brake fluid, paint, etc) that the previous owner had left but I was told it was not permitted. I was very happy with their work and would call on this company again. .

Junk King arrived and introduced themselves in a professional and courteous manner. There was a price confusion because of a misunderstanding on my part and the company was very generous in coming to a good compromise. Customer satisfaction seemed to be the number one concern. I highly recommend this company.

Overall everything went as expected and plan to use the company again when needed.

Awesome. Scheduling was a breeze. Their customer service replied quickly and politely to an email. They called in advance of arriving (as promised), showed up on time, were clean, friendly and efficient. They also swept the area of my garage where they removed furniture. I really could not have asked for more. This was a great find as an Angie's List deal, and I'll definitely be calling them again when the need arises. I've used some of their competitors in the past, and these guys were far superior.

The person taking the reservation was very professional and nice.The men were very good at taking all my cabinets and appliances,and cleaning up afterwards. They called before arrival and the whole experience was smooth and easy. Will definitely recommend this company. Used an Angie's List deal, but had to pay extra due to the fact I had a lot more stuff then the deal included.

I would use them in the future but not for leaves and tree debris and stuff because it just didn't fill up enough and I didn't want to pay $600 for the whole truck. I wanted to use them to see how they would do and I think that they would be great for house waste like TVs and appliances that you have to haul through and it's less of an area. I think they're ideal for things that are not as loose as leaves because I was a little disappointed that they didn't take more. They came right after the hurricane and it took me three weeks to clean up everything. I think the guys were great. They were excellent because it was really my fault because it was the wrong area to haul and I had no concept of what an eighth of a truck was and I couldn't tell the size of the truck from the picture. They worked very good and efficient and were polite. They were here on time and they called and I knew what was happening. My only disappointment was on the cost and it was probably more of my fault because I didn't understand until I saw it.

They came on a big haul away truck parked it on my driveaway as agreed and started to work right away....They were very profesional and courteous, they took down the rest of the shed and the playset, took them away and clean up the whole area after they were done...excellent work I will definatly use them again and will recomend to everyone, great job at a very fear price.

I had a 35 inch tube TV that must have weighed over 200lbs in my basement that I was unable to get rid of. I could not move it or even give it away. Angies list had a Big Deal from Junk King for $100 they would pick up and remove 2.25 cubic yds of assorted junk or debirs. I scheduled the appointment for Saturday between 8:00 and 11:00 am and was advised they would call a half hour before. Just as promised on Saturday at around 8:30 they called and said they would be at my house in 20 minutes and they arrived promptly. Two men came and carried the TV out of my basement put on their truck and were done in about 10 minutes, they were courteous and efficient.

I called in the morning and they were available in the afternoon. The appointment was within a two hour window and although they were 15 minutes late, they had called in advance to let me know. They were very professional and courteous.

2 polite, well mannered guys showed up promptly after an advance phone call saying they would arrive at house in 20 minutes. They sized up job, called boss to confirm estimate and hauled away debris quickly. I have 3 words to anyone considering this company - HIRE THESE GUYS, you won't be sorry.
