Description of Work: I had used junk king in the past and was thrilled by their professionalism, punctuality, price and helpfulness. I had booked again and had to cancel just because I decided not to get rid of the item. They accommodated me on a couple hours notice and I will continue to use them whenever I need to have junk removal in the future.

Called JK to confirm deal applied to my sofa; operators friendly and helpful. | |PRO (more important): professional, friendly & positive 2 man crew came for pick-up; no worries about hefting sofa myself to put on the curb | |CON (less important): came at very end of 2 hr. window; not sure if comparable because of location, but my wife later told me her sister paid $85 in Queens for a sofa pick-up from the 800* place | |
