Installment went well, customer service was adequate but I was misguided by clean surf energy salesman he promised my bill would be less than my actual electricity bill that turned out to be false i ended up paying double than what he actually told me I would be paying,

My experience from the beginning was excellent. My contact with Haley was excellent she was prepared well informed and extremely professional. The permitting process was seamless, Mustafa was excellent and kept Me informed at every step. The customer service follow up was on point and made me feel they were in top of the process. The best part was the install! Tófael and his team arrived on time and were extremely well prepared, I was kept informed and in the loop the entire install process. They worked hard and cleaned up after themselves! After the install they took the time and made sure I understood the equipment and what steps remained for me to be online.
