Peter did an EXCELLENT job! Our house looks brand new! Peter was so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. He told us we did not have to pay for the job until we received the bill in the mail. At that point, he scheduled to meet to exchange payment on a day/time and location that worked best for us. He also gave me a good price for sanding and retaining our decks. I would definitely recommend Peter and Natural Settings to anyone!!

Excellent work. All areas Power washed and/or stained were dramatically improved. Peter advised us on the best ways to accomplish our goals. He did not push anything and even made suggestions for some do-it-yourself options. Work was done on two different days and Peter was there both days with an excellent co-worker Chris. Prices were fair.

Peter and his assistant did a wonderful job. Peter listened to my concerns about using chemicals and was able to do a great job without any. It cost a little extra to do that but it was worth it to me. He was great at helping me to choose the right color. They were very professional. They arrived when they said they would and were polite and pleasant to work with. Everything was clean and neat by the time they left. The whole job looks fabulous! My friends say my deck looks brand new!

Owner, Peter from Natural Settings was so accommodating from his estimate until the finished project. He was able to give me an estimate the same night I called. He had recommendations how to go forward to restore my deck. It needed major re-sanding work to rid it of terrible cupping issues. He even recommended someone else to do that because a special sanding machine was necessary for the job to be done properly. He replaced many rotted and cracked boards, which I kept finding, and he made numerous trips without ever hesitating. After it was sanded, he and Chris were able to re-stain the deck and now it looks better than new. He suggested I call Consumer Affairs to check out his rating, which I did, and he had no complaints. I understand why, because he was very professional, friendly, punctual and reasonable. I plan on using him again in the future to keep the deck looking great and will recommend him to others.

Had a extremely good interaction in the Spring so when we decided to add a new set of stairs to our deck we didn't hesitate to contact Peter to do the work. Once again he was professional and arranged for the stairs and staining be done. He is reasonable and understanding of all issues and really listens. I highly recommend him for any deck needs you have. I will use him again.

I actually found Peter (Natural Settings) on Angies list and called him based on his "A" rating and very positive feedback from his customers. When I called Peter he was extremely professional and very helpful. He came to my home to give me an estimate on my pool deck within a day or two. He was very knowledgable with what needed to be done so I gave him the job. Note, I also had contacted about three other companies for estimates and found Peter's price to be fair but most importantly he was sincere and honest. Peter and Chris arrived early in the morning and did the powerwashing on the deck which came out great. The deck looked brand new again. They came back a few days later to stain the deck which also came out beautiful exceeding my expectation. My neighbors all complimented the deck and wanted to know who I used. I was so satisfied with Peter's work that I hired him back to do my house deck which is quite large, same work, powerwashing and staining. He brought this 25 year old deck back to life, looking brand new again! While Peter was here he noticed some of the wood on my pool deck fadied a bit, so he went back and stained the deck floor again at no charge which I really appreciated. Overall, Peter and his team did an excellent job. He was professional throughout, accommodated a change midway with no issues and provided fair advice on how to approach the repair and care of my deck. His pricing was in line with other quotes. His work was of high quality, he was available for a phone call or two, came on time and cleaned up. He even took care of a final issue that arose at the end of the job - a sign of a contractor who is there to do a good job and to provide excellent customer service. The whole experience was excellent and my deck looks great! I will use him again and will recommended him to others.

We live in a townhouse community where the specs for decks and porches need to be HOA approved. Natural Settings left a flyer on our door and we hired them to do the job. They are approved by our HOA. They arrive on time, do a great job and leave our deck and porch looking like new. It's a small family business, they are clean, neat and leave the property the way they found it. They offer discounts for multiple deck and porch washings/stainings. They are definitely the group to go with for this type of job.
