Called on a Monday and got an appointment the same day. The repairman opened the back of the fridge and immediately said that it was either a bad relay ($150 to repair) or a bad compressor (over $500 to repair). He recommended that we call the company to see if it was still under warranty because repairing it could be expensive. If he changed the relay it would have violated warranty and might not have fixed the problem, so he didn't want to do the repair. The fridge is indeed still under warranty (5 years on the compressor). I now have to wait for an authorized repairman because of the warranty, but I wanted to comment on this company's honesty.
Description of Work: Our fridge started running more often and then finally stopped cooling.

He said that there were many possible reasons for the excess ice/leaking. He also said that if the condition were to recur, we should call the manufacturer for an authorized repair man.
Description of Work: He removed the ice that had accumulated behind the freezer compartment. This led to the leaking within the refrigerator, which led to our service call.

WHEN I CALLED TO SET THE APPOINTMENT, THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THEM WORKING WITH MY SCHEDULE. I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE, FOR ANY TYPE OF APPLIANCE REPAIR.
Description of Work: REPLACED A PART ON THE REFRIGERATOR, REMOVED THE BUILD UP OF WATER IN THE BOTTOM OF THE FREEZER.

THE MAN CAME OUT AND PROMPTLY FIXED THE WASHER. HE DID A GREAT JOB AND THE WASHER HAS WORKED FINE SINCE THE REPAIR. THE COMPANY DID A HONEST AND RELIABLE REPAIR.
