When they say that there is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, that pot of gold is Dynoflip Construction. We received a recommendation of Dynoflip upon stopping in to No Maintence Decking and described the project we were planning. Our project included a new deck, to be partially covered with a gable roof, along with an outdoor fireplace, installing a new sliding glass door, as well as a new roof for the house. Right from our first meeting with Ram, he saw our vision and added his professional insights on materials, lighting, stonework, and details. There was no need for us to go any further to find another contractor. At the outset of the job there was continued communication ensuring that we were happy with the progress and if there were any questions. Ram would have suggestions during the project to pass by us that he thought would add to the deck. There was never anything additional done by Ram that he wouldnâ t run by us first. The Dynoflip crew are top notch, from the moment they arrived till the end of the work day. There were many days during this project that they worked thru rain and very cold temperatures. There was electrical and plumbing work required on this project. The technicians Ram brought in were very professional and worked with us for everything that we needed. All the work is up to code. We have not been disappointed with the completion of the work, it has gone beyond our expectations. We love the results of this project. The worksmanship is just top notch. The pleasure we took was seeing that Ram was so happy with the results as well. Once the TV was hooked up he was ready to stay the night. LOL. We are already talking to Ram to have him come back next year and do masonry work for us in the front of the house as well as reside the entire house. My brother in-law is now currently going to use Ram to have a new roof on his house. Ram and his workers were so appreciative when we would offer a coffee to them in the morning. Nothing but smiles and thank yous. We are just over the top with Ram and would highly recommend Dynoflip for your next project. I guess I could go on for ever, but you will not be disappointed. He is worth the wait if he is backed up with jobs.

Luckily a friend had recently had a deck done. She was thrilled with the results and so was her neighbor who also used Ram for a complicated multi-level deck. We called Ram and he came into Brooklyn from Long Island and patiently listened to my concerns about building a new elevated deck that would be safe for my daughter. It was obvious how knowledgeable he was as he explained everything in detail about his work. Not only is Ram licensed and insured -- he is also a platinum Trex and Timbertech contractor who builds everything to code. My daughter's old deck was demolished and the new one built in five and a half days. Not an easy job since her house is attached on both sides and materials had to be taken in and out through her house. Amazingly, you would never know because they cleaned everything so thoroughly. In conclusion, the deck is beautiful and we are more than happy to recommend Dynoflip and Ram!

Ram and his crew were fantastic! The installed new railings on my upper deck and stairs, reinforced boards and also put in new gutters with leaf guards in 2 days!! When quoting the job, Ram promised he would have it all done before my daughter's graduation party on a Saturday, and even with a tropical storm hitting thurs night/Fri morning he kept his promised and everything is safe, secure and looks great!!! Workmanship, cleanliness and communication are all 5 star!!
