Awesome!!! Sal and his crew were incredible!! Good cesspool companies are hard to come by. These guys were great!!! From the initial quote to project completion I was kept updated and informed. The guys were honest, punctual, respectful, and extremely professional. I would highly recommend Discount Cesspool! After having them replace my entire septic system, I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Who wants to deal with a cesspool back up during a pandemic! Well I'll tell you, NOT me and not most cesspool companies, I will tell you. One single phone call to Discount and they showed up 2 hours later. The team was well equipped, enthusiastic and was genuinely concerned about my problem. They showed up with the latest in modern tools, pipe camera scopes and ground sensing radar to make sure my pipes were clear and to locate the cesspool in my back yard which I had lost track of based on a lot of construction. I’ve watched this done before “by hand” and its ugly and time consuming at best (and your back yard looks like a giant squirrel came over). Within a few 15 minutes of arrival there was an “X” in my back yard to mark the location of the cesspool cover. A short while later they came back with a tiny excavator that did not hurt my lawn at all, they dug up the cover, installed a long collar to bring up the cover to grade. After a big pump out, they aerated and treated the cesspool and I was back in business!!! At this point most companies get paid and are gone, Dominick, Nick and Sal all took the time to explain what I needed to do for the first few days and then proceeded to carefully put all the dirt back, grade it and then they CAME BACK the next day to cover the area with topsoil so my grass would grow back!! I’ve not seen this level of service in a long time, this TRULY a classic Long Island Family run business that should set an example for all. Thank you guys for bringing a little joy to my family during a really stressful time.

Discount Cesspool & Drain| Cesspool Pumping| Cesspool Service, took advantage of an unknowledgeable at the time, customer!! Dominic told me that it would cost $450 to clean out 2 tanks total and aerate the cesspool. He said if you want to do one tank it would cost $230. I told him I want 2 tanks cleaned and aerated. So, he said that it would cost $450 total! The guys came to my house late because he never put me in there schedule! I had to call up and then the guys finally came. They just cleaned off some of the top layer of scum in the septic tank but left a lot of it because there truck tank was full. I seen that they was having trouble with the suction. The guy even admitted that his truck tank was full and that there was no suction. They never aerated the cesspool! They tried to make it look like they was cleaning out the cesspool but you could see that there was no suction going on because again there tank truck tank was completely full! They put in one blue can of chemical in the cesspool tank and a 1/4 of one in the septic. He said that his truck tank was full but, he said that the job was done. Like I said I really didn't know until someone knowledgeable explained it to me. I was out there the whole time to know exactly what they didn't do right. So, I took them for there word and they charged me $350. So , I called up Dominic a few hours later and told him that I was not happy about the job that they did. AND HE SAID "IF YOU WOULD OF PAID ME MORE MONEY THEY WOULD OF DONE THE JOB CORRECTLY"!! He said that he was trying to help. I said help with what?? I didn't have a problem! It was not backing up into my house. I just wanted my septic tank cleaned out properly and the cesspool aerated and cleaned to prevent future problems!! I said that's why I called to get a estimate from you the day before, in the first place. I told you what I wanted you explained to me what was gonna be done and the price!! I said that the job was done half ass. Then he hung up on me, and that was that. SCAMMED!!! The picture that I posted is the way they left my septic tank full like that. They put the lid on and left after taking my money. BEWARE!!!!

The whole experience was great. They came quickly and gave me an estimate showed up when promised and did a professional job. Great family business ... good people. Price was fantastic quality could not be better. Save time and aggravation..... stop calling shady companies that farm out the work to others... Call '"Discount"!

Excellent. Though not an emergency, received next day service. Men were polite, professional, clearly knew what they were doing. The team worked well together from what I could see, as I sat outside and watched them just 'cause I'm curious how things are done. One cesspool was filled to top, recommended that the other be pumped and treated as well. So I had both taken care of.

I knew about where the main and overflow pools were located, and Kyle and Dante quickly found them and were efficient and knowledgeable in their work. I thought the cost was very reasonable compared to what I have paid in the past, and would definitely use this company again.

They took care of everything and they were above and beyond. They came out in a really short notice because the basement had drained and we don't even live in that house. He went to the house, took pictures, gave us the price that was unbelievably discounted to help us out. He could have easily charged us for that and say something else was wrong but he didn't do that. I would absolutely use him again.
