Description of Work: They crew was out of uniform and stopped working after 10 hours. They broke a door jam, marble saddle, damaged a large screen TV, lost my lawn spreader and a tool box worth a lot of money. I tried to follow up with the driver from MS. after several instant messages via the phone the driver stepped responding.

Description of Work: I have used Bayshore repeatedly for heavy & light moving jobs. They moved our entire office in Mineola and they personally moved my treasured home furniture. I would highly recommend them as professional, respectful, punctual & responsive. They know how to properly wrap and move items so there are no possible mishaps. From the initial phone call to schedule a move through the final invoice payment, our experience has always been A+. I am shocked to see the last review and I would highly recommend they discuss their experience with the owner.

 + 0 moreI feel the estimate was low by $2000. The staff did not wrap items to my satisfaction. Several items were scratched.
Description of Work: We had Bob Jacoutot come to the house to do an estimate for moving, packing and storing our belongings in between selling one house and buying another. The estimate came in at about $4700 for packing, storing, unpacking and delivery to our new location. the estimate was lowballed. Just packing and putting into storage approached the $4000 mark. When I called to complain my concerns fell on deaf ears. Beside what recourse do you have when they are holding all of your belongings and require payment up front. Bob Jacoutot knows he has the upper hand in this situation and uses it once he has your belongings.
