carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreHe looked at the area and measured everythingThe carpet cleaning was fair and done by a very nice young guy, he promised to give me a written estimate for my basement stairs to be sanded and shellacked because they had plaster covering them. I also asked him to estimate basement molding and carpentry work. Well I never got an estimate from him or the company although he looked at the area and measured everything. I then called the company and they send over another guy who looked at the area and again never gave an estimate. I called the company a third time after being promised I would be given an estimate of the work three times. After the fourth follow up call, I was told "we can't do it". No explaination why they couldn't do it and why they did not tell me that in the first place. I found them to be unprofessional and inadequate or with unskilled contractors, most floor contractors could have at least given me a price.
Description of Work: I used At your Service for carpet cleaning of two rooms and one foyer area. I asked them three times for an estimate to sand, shaleck and/or repairs my steps leading to my basement.
