His friendly and knowledgeable crews showed up on time, and worked cleanly and efficiently. Craig has stayed in touch and been personally available to handle minor tweaks. + -1 moreIt went great! Brent showed up within the specified time frame, got to work immediately, diagonsed the problem quickly and repaired the wiring and jacks efficiently. He wasted no time getting to work on the problem, and performed a final check to make sure everything is in working order before he left. He was very professional, explained everything to us in layman's terms, and even put on fabric booties when he walked in and out of our house to avoid dirtying our floors! He charged us an hourly fee, but since he solved the problem and worked so quickly, the final cost was very reasonable compared to Verizon technical workers.
Description of Work: Diagnosed and repaired in-house phone wiring that weren't working (no dial tone). This includes multiple phone jacks and low-voltage wiring at terminal box.

When I called for an appointment, I spoke with a polite and efficient man who scheduled my appointment time and told me the name of the man who would be doing the work. The service man showed up on time, surveyed the situation, installed the phone jacks and got all phone working. He was courteous and worked quickly and cleanly.
Description of Work: We had two phone jacks put in. The service man also was able to determine why one of our phones was not working and to get it back in working order.

+ -1 moreTHESE GUYS ARE MASTERS AT WHAT THEY DO. THERE ARE NEVER ANY WIRES STICKING OUT OR SHOWING ANYWHERE. THEY TAKE GREAT CARE IN THEIR WORK AND YOUR HOME. THEY NEVER LEAVE A MESS AND DO EXCELLENT WORK.
